Sie hat ohne Respekt geredet und nichts weiter geholfen.. hat sie einfach alles blockiert was man gefragt hat.
 Unfriendly employee ..
She talked without respect and didn't help .. she just blocked everything you asked.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich & modern! Man fühlt sich hier definitiv richtig aufgehoben.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Very modern furnishings. In the showroom you get a very good overview of the new flagship smartphones and the appropriate accessories.
Employees are very courteous, friendly & modern! You definitely feel that you are in good hands here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war überhaupt nicht, zufrieden mit denn Mitarbeitern. Ich habe mir eine Hilfe anders vorgestellt, aber nicht so unfreundlich und ich wurde gleich ab gewimmelt. Deshalb gibt es von mir nur einen Stern.
I was not at all satisfied with the staff. I imagined a help differently, but not so unfriendly and I was immediately dismissed. That's why there is only one star from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr unfreundlich, inkompetent, nicht hilfsbereit. waren beide sehr genervt von meiner Frage. mir wurde auch nicht weitergeholfen. nach nem fehlgeschlagenem Telefongespräch (durch das Gähnen der Frau am Telefon hätte ich mir schon denken können, dass mit der Hilfe nichts wird) bin ich früher aus der Arbeit um es noch in den Shop zu schaffen. habe Hilfe erwartet die von den am Handy spielenden Mitarbeitern verneint wurde. (hat sich nicht mal die Mühe gemacht das Handy zu sperren – Douglas Valentinstags-Aktion hatte Priorität) haben mir den Kundendienst wärmstens empfohlen. bin dann heim. Kündigung schreiben.

very rude, incompetent, unhelpful. were both very annoyed by my question. I wasn't helped either. After a failed phone call (from the yawning of the woman on the phone I could have guessed that nothing would work with the help) I left work earlier to make it to the shop. I expected help which was denied by the employees playing on the cell phone. (didn't even bother to lock the phone - Douglas Valentine's Day sale was a priority) highly recommended customer service to me. I'll be home then. write resignation.
Thursday, February 10, 2022. 5:30 p.m. please spread the word to the rude, incompetent and unhelpful staff. I think it's very unfair that they get a salary like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe nach mehr als 20 Jahren von Drei, vormals Orange, zu A1 gewechselt, weil ich zuletzt monatelang Probleme mit meinem WLAN hatte und die Mitarbeiter in der Zweigstelle Südpark nicht imstande waren, dieses gegen ein neues auszutauschen, obwohl ich den Fehler genau beschrieb. Erst wiederholte Anrufe beim technischen Support brachten schließlich die Gewissheit, dass ein Hardwarefehler vorlag. Das nach mehreren Reklamationen zur Verfügung gestellte Leihgerät funktionierte hingegen einwandfrei.
After more than 20 years, I switched from Drei, formerly Orange, to A1 because I had recently had problems with my WiFi for months and the employees at the Südpark branch were unable to replace it with a new one, even though I described the error in detail. Only repeated calls to technical support finally made it certain that there was a hardware fault. The loaner made available after several complaints, however, worked perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde eine falsche Tarifinformation gegeben (Fehler sind Menschlich) die Mitarbeiterin war aber nicht verständnisvoll und wirkte gleich Verärgert (das war ich wohl auch) doch sie hätte sich mehr mühe geben können und freundlicher bleiben müssen. Diesen Shop werde ich nicht mehr aufsuchen
I was given the wrong tariff information (mistakes are human) but the employee was not understanding and immediately looked annoyed (that was probably me too) but she could have tried harder and had to remain more friendly. I will not visit this shop anymore
