Wer möchte schon aussehen wie ein Idiot wenn einem die Brille nicht passt? Auch wenn das Modell dass man dann womöglich kauft günstiger ist als das ursprünglich ausgewählte! The service is great! I am still fascinated by how well the employees know what someone stands for and what they do not and quite frankly. Who wants to look like an idiot when the glasses do not fit? Even if the model that then possibly buys cheaper than the originally selected!

Very friendly advice and very competent. I've never found a suitable frame so quickly. At Tscherny you know what suits you. ??

Nicht zu vergleichem mit den Handelsketten. Man geht zufrieden aus dem Geschäft. Ich bin sehr schwierig. Kleine sehr gute Auswahl. Nicht so viel Ramsch wie die Optikerketten. Keine 10m langen Brillenwände wo keine passt. You only know what good advice is when you've been there. Courteous, friendly, understanding experts will find a solution. Not to be compared with the retail chains. You go out of business satisfied. I am very difficult. Small very good selection. Not as much junk as the optician chains. No 10m long glasses walls where none fits.

For my Silhouette SPX glasses, new temples are no problem, new glasses exchanged by the insurance company without any ifs or buts! Recommendation 100% not the cheapest but the best optician in Tullnerfeld!
