Very attentive service, the coffee is a dream made with love. De Chef very nice and you can tell that he loves his job. Will definitely come back ..

Sehr nette Kellnerin, bekam natürlich eine Neue, aber trotzdem musste ich sie bezahlen.... Very long wait for special breakfast (sliced vegetables and spread) .... Hot white chocolate with ants inside !!! Very nice waitress, of course got a new one, but still I had to pay her ....

Dies ist ein Beruf bei dem man sehr viel mit Leuten zutun hat, wenn man es nicht schaft dabei freundlich und nett zubleiben hat man den Beruf verfehlt. One of the ladies who works here is very rude. This is a job in which you have a lot to do with people, if you don't manage to be friendly and nice you have missed the job.

Geschäftsleitung;-), hab persönlich von der Geschäftsleitung von einer Neuübernahme gehört...schade! :-( Great and delicious breakfast, great location, nice and cool staff and management ;-), personally heard from the management about a new takeover ... what a shame! :-(

Very good breakfast, fresh orange juice, good coffee, very friendly service (boss, boss), friendly welcome, also by the house dog, cozy ambience, what more could you want...
v	valdrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Betreten des Lokals standen zwei Damen an der Bar, welche miteinander und einem anderen Gast geplaudert und uns komplett ignoriert haben! Am Tisch haben wir dann 10 Minuten darauf gewartet, dass endlich jemand zu uns kommt und fragt, was wir hier wollen? Meine Mutter musste sogar selbst hinein gehen und fragen ob jemand uns bedienen wird? Die Antwort der Mitarbeiterin war sehr laut und auch sehr aggressiv! Als die Kellnerin dann endlich kam, verlangte sie einen 3G Nachweis und da meine Frau schon genesen ist, zeigte ich ihr die Bestätigung am Handy (E-Mail von der BH) und sie hat alles binnen 0,001 Sekunde erkannt und meinte: "das genügt mir schon". Also so viel dazu... Beim Verlassen des Lokals wurden wir wie auch schon am Anfang wieder komplett ignoriert und kein Mensch hat nicht einmal zurückgegrüßt!! Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kundenkompetenz sehen anders aus, aber ihr wisst es ja offenbar besser wie das geht. When entering the restaurant, two women were standing at the bar, chatting with each other and another guest and completely ignoring us! At the table we waited 10 minutes for someone to finally come to us and ask what we want here? My mother even had to go in herself and ask if someone would serve us? The answer from the employee was very loud and also very aggressive! When the waitress finally came, she asked for 3G proof and since my wife has already recovered, I showed her the confirmation on the cell phone (email from the BH) and she recognized everything within 0.001 seconds and said: "That's enough for me beautiful". So much for that ... When leaving the restaurant, we were completely ignored again, as in the beginning, and no one did not even say hello back !! Customer friendliness and customer competence look different, but you obviously know better how to do it.
