Schnelle Hilfe bei kleinen Reparaturen ohne Wartezeit! Das nenne ich Kundenservice! Ich komme gerne wieder, weiter so! I would like to express a high praise, after 20 years in cycling and some bike purchases by far the friendliest and most competent service. Quick help with small repairs without waiting! That's what I call customer service! I'll be back, keep it up!

In 5 Minuten und zum Preis von 1 Euro war die Reparatur erledigt. Zuvor waren wir im Radgeschäft Radsport Voch, wo wir um 10.00 auf den Nachmittag verwiesen wurden, obwohl das Geschäft leer war... Deshalb kommen auch sehr viele Leute aus dem Bezirk Tulln und auch weiter entfernt zum 2-Rad Wegl. Bin schon seit meiner Kindheit Kunde dort und jetzt mit 65 Jahren genau so zufrieden. Ein Betrieb mit so vielen Jahren gleichbleibender Qualität ist sehr selten. 2-Rad Wegl in Tulln is an excellent specialist shop and workshop at the same time. There are only very good professionals at work. That's why a lot of people from the Tulln district and also from further afield come to the 2-Rad Wegl. I've been a customer since I was a child and now, at 65, I'm just as satisfied. A company with so many years of consistent quality is very rare.
