Einige Stunden später stellte sich heraus, dass das neu eingebaute Display einen Programmierungsfehler aufwies. Das Personal nahm mein Handy freundlichst wieder entgegen und wechselte nochmals kostenlos das Display. Innerhalb einer Stunde konnte ich es mir wieder abholen und es funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Top Service! I had my iPhone 8 replace the broken display. In 2 hours I could pick it up again. A few hours later it turned out that the newly installed display had a programming error. The staff kindly accepted my cell phone again and changed the display again free of charge. I was able to pick it up again within an hour and it works perfectly again. Top service!

Entweder ist er neu oder er hat den falschen Posten....Sorry aber wir waren ansonsten immer zu frieden. Unfortunately today's seller couldn't really help us! Bin dann in den Media Markt im Haid center. Da gibt es jetzt auch eine Handy Reparatur.dort wurde ich wenigstens kompetent bedient. An appointment was confirmed twice. Both times they said I don't have an appointment. Been there for free every time, I told them they'd never see me again. Then I'm in the Media Markt in the Haid center. There is now also a cell phone repair, where at least I was served competently.
B	Berthold Schickmayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frechheit dieser Laden. Verkauft angeblich original Apple Akkus, die dann nicht erkannt werden und ein Aufladen nicht mehr möglich macht. Lt. Rücksprache mit Apple Vertragswerkstätte bekommt die Handy Börse gar keine Originalteile. Wenn man die Dame dann damit konfrontiert, wird sie frech und lacht Kunden aus. Cheek this shop. Allegedly sells original Apple batteries, which are then not recognized and can no longer be charged. Lt. In consultation with Apple authorized workshops, the Handy Börse does not receive any original parts at all. If you then confront the lady with it, she becomes cheeky and laughs at customers.

A	Ario Zarrasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unkompetentes Personal ! Verkaufen nicht originale Apple Akkus als Originalteil, die dann gar nicht funktionieren. Beim 2. Versuch hat´s funktioniert - Fehlermeldung bleibt allerdings. Das Personal kann sich die aktuellen Lockdown Öffnungszeiten nicht merken, sodass ich 1 Stunde umsonst in die Plus City gefahren bin und streitet dies dann komplett ab. Ich rate jedem von der Handybörse ab ! Incompetent staff! Sell non-original Apple batteries as original parts, which then do not work at all. The second attempt worked - the error message remains, however. The staff cannot remember the current lockdown opening times, so I drove 1 hour to Plus City for free and then denied this completely. I advise everyone against the mobile phone wallet!
S	Susanne Peherstorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben bei der Datenübertragung auf neues Handy die Speicherkarte gelöscht, dann hieß es da war nichts drauf, so ein Blödsinn, habe extra noch alles draufgespeichert damit ja alles mitgeht ins neue Handy. Das hätte ich auch zusammengebracht! Für das habe ich fast 1,50 Std. gewartet und EUR 30,00 bezahlt - nichts zurückerhalten! If the memory card was deleted when transferring data to a new cell phone, then it was said there was nothing on it, what nonsense, I saved everything on it so that everything goes with the new cell phone. I would have brought that together too! For that I waited almost 1.50 hours and paid EUR 30.00 - got nothing back!
