X	XM-1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde noch nie zuvor so unfreundlich behandelt wie hier. Wie kann man nur so mit Kunden umgehen? Hatte mir aus der Karte etwas ausgesucht und wollte einfach nur ein paar Zutaten WEGLASSEN. Daraufhin wurde mir in einer aggressiven Tonart geantwortet, dass ihre Waffel dann schrecklich aussehen würde und sie die Bestellung so nicht annehmen wird. Bin Selbstständig in der Gastronomie und kann mir dieses Verhalten der Gastronomin einfach nicht erklären! Has never been treated as unfriendly as here. How can you deal with customers like this? Chose something from the menu and just wanted to LEAVE a few ingredients. I was then answered in an aggressive tone that her waffle would look horrible and she would not accept the order. I am self-employed in the catering trade and simply cannot explain this behavior of the restaurateur!

Aber ich glaube hier geht es weniger um die Beratung sondern mehr um den Geschmack Der Geschmack war so gut ich geh morgen nochmal hin, und das heißt was ;) Very nice staff! They explained all the products to me in great detail, and I received perfect advice ... But I think this is less about advice and more about taste The taste was so good I'll go again tomorrow, and that means something;)
M	Marco K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie immer exzellente Waffeln. Teig wird frisch zubereitet und ist kein Fertigprodukt. Füllung von Banane bis hin zu Mozzarella alles möglich. Bedienung auch sehr freundlich. As always, excellent waffles. Dough is made fresh and is not a finished product. Filling everything from banana to mozzarella. Service also very friendly.

They really taste great. The only downside is that by the time you are where you are allowed to eat, the ice cream has already melted.
M	Mungobohne 93 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher waren wir immer zufrieden. Aber als wir nach längerer Zeit gestern wieder voller Freude hinkamen, wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Denn die Preise sind zwar gleich, die Waffeln aber viel kleiner. Früher waren 2 Stück Melone, und viel anderes Obst enthalten. Dieses Mal war die Waffel viel enger zusammengerollt, nur ein Stück Melone drauf, 3 winzige Erdbeeren, zwei Scheiben Apfel und die Kugel Eis. Kaschiert wurde das wenige Obst durch viel Schlagobers. Wenn das Produkt schon "Früchtetraum" heißt, dann sollten auch wie früher genügend Früchte enthalten sein, um einen doch sehr hohen Preis von 6,50€ zu rechtfertigen. Wir waren gerne Kunden, aber jetzt werden wir sicher nicht mehr vorbeikommen, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht mehr ausgeglichen ist. So far we have always been satisfied. It used to contain 2 pieces of melon and a lot of other fruit. This time the waffle was curled up much tighter, just a piece of melon, 3 tiny strawberries, two slices of apple and the scoop of ice cream. The little fruit was covered with a lot of whipped cream. If the product is already called "Fruit Dream", then, as in the past, it should contain enough fruit to justify a very high price of € 6.50. We were happy to be customers, but now we will certainly not come back because the price-performance ratio is absolutely no longer balanced.

Also hier würde ich auch in naher Zukunft nichts kaufen. ????? wanted to take a photo to show the waffle friends, was mega impolite asked to delete it immediately because it was forbidden. So I wouldn't buy anything here in the near future either. ?????
M	Mauz männ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier muss man drauf bezahlen, weil man eine Füllung (aufgrund von Unverträglichkeit) mit einer anderen tauschen will. Die Chefin ist sehr patzig und geht nicht respektvoll mit Kunden um. Das kann man aber auch in anderen Bewertungen nachlesen. Auf den Abstand wird auch nicht geachtet, die anderen Kunden kleben schon fast auf einem - aber da kann die Bedienung nichts dafür. Wenn die Mitarbeiter netter wären, wäre es im Grunde ein super Geschäft aber bei einer 6€ Waffel möchte ich nicht schon beim Bestellen angeschnauzt werden. Here you have to pay extra because you want to swap one filling for another (due to intolerance). The boss is very snotty and does not treat customers respectfully. But you can also read about that in other reviews. The distance is not taken into account either, the other customers are almost stuck on you - but the waitress can't help it. If the employees were nicer, it would be a great deal, but with a € 6 waffle I don't want to be snapped at when I order.
