Ein Mitarbeiter namens Petko hat mich heute super beraten, ich war überrascht, freundlich und sehr viel Fachwissen. Kann diesen Mitarbeiter nur weiter empfehlen, bis jetzt beste Kundenberatung, wirklich sehr kompetent. Danke (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren am Samstag nachmittag dort und obwohl schon kurz vor dem Wochenende, war das Service perfekt! Sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent und es wurden gute Alternativen aufgezeigt. Sehr zum Empfehlen.
Were there on Saturday afternoon and although shortly before the weekend, the service was perfect! Very friendly, very competent and good alternatives were shown. Very recommendable.

Sie sind wirklich immer sehr nett, fachlich top und entgegen kommend, hab die SIM Umschreibung kostenlos bekommen, bin allerdings auch Vertragskunde doch es ging um eine Wertkarte. Fand ich sehr kulant und super. Tag gerettet ??
Had to go today because of a problem with two-factor authentication and lost SIM. They are really always very nice, technically top and accommodating, got the SIM rewriting for free, but am also a contract customer but it was about a prepaid card. I found it very accommodating and great. Day saved ??
