 Customer friendliness is somehow different! If you have any questions or problems, you should always contact the central office, no contact person on site on the phone!

Lieber MediaMarkt!
Wenn Sie nicht noch viele Kunden verlieren wollen, dann wechseln Sie bitte den Paketdienst! GLS ist der absolute Albtraum! Hier werden die Pakete einfach auf der Siedlungsstraße abgestellt (nicht vor der Haustüre, sondern wirklich auf der Straße, wo sie jeder mitnehmen kann!)

If you don't want to lose many customers, please change the parcel service! GLS is the absolute nightmare! Here the parcels are simply parked on the settlement street (not in front of the front door, but really on the street, where everyone can take them with you!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte mir das neue Spiel (Fifa 22) im Shop kaufen. Es war mit 55€ für die Playstation4 angeschrieben. Als ich zur Kassa ging sagte mir eine relativ unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, dass das Spiel jetzt 70€ kostet was ich allerdings nicht verstand. Kurzer hand bin ich zum Müller gegangen wo das Spiel auf einmal um 53€ verkauft wurde.
Fazit für die Rezision ist eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin und ein viel zu hoher Preis für ein Spiel das anderswo billiger angeboten wird.
I wanted to buy the new game (Fifa 22) in the shop. It was written as 55 € for the Playstation4. When I went to the cash desk, a relatively unfriendly employee told me that the game now costs € 70, which I didn't understand. Shortly afterwards I went to the miller where the game was suddenly sold for 53 €.
Conclusion for the review is an unfriendly employee and a price that is far too high for a game that is offered cheaper elsewhere.

Habe 2 verschiedene Kopfhörer bestellt.Die Bestellung ist anscheinend verloren gegangen ("Bestellung wurde nicht an GLS übergeben..." als ich die Bestellung verfolgen wollte) und als ich beim Service anrief fragte man mich ob ich eine Ersatzlieferung wünsche...
Habe zugestimmt und am nächsten Tag bekam ich eine Email in der stand das einer von beiden Artikeln nicht mehr verfügbar sei und ob ich mein Geld rückerstattet haben will... Hab natürlich Storniert!
Na gut am selben Tag schau ich im Onlineshop ob ich was anderes finde und sehe dass der angeblich nicht verfügbare Artikel doch noch da ist!
Hab natürlich beide Artikel gleich bestellt und siehe da... Ich bekomme wieder die gleiche Email "ihre Bestellung ist unterwegs" gehe dann auf die GLS Seite um die Bestellung zu verfolgen und da steht wieder "die Bestellung wurde noch nicht an GLS übergeben..."
Das wird einfach nichts! Ich bestell bei Amazon und pfeif auf die 20€ mehr!
So the online shop is really very weak!
Ordered 2 different headphones. Apparently the order got lost ("Order was not handed over to GLS..." when I tried to track the order) and when I called the service they asked me if I wanted a replacement...
I agreed and the next day I got an email saying that one of the two items was no longer available and whether I wanted my money back... Of course I canceled!
Well, on the same day I look in the online shop to see if I can find something else and see that the article that is said to be unavailable is still there!
Of course I ordered both items at the same time and lo and behold... I get the same email again "your order is on the way" then go to the GLS page to track the order and it says again "the order has not yet been handed over to GLS... ."
It just won't work! I order from Amazon and don't give a damn about the 20€ more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man stelle sich vor, geht in den Media Markt Wolfsberg, weiß welches Produkt man will, wartet eine halbe Stunde auf einen Kundenbetreuer der einem nur das Gerät aus dem verschlossenen Schrank geben sollte, nur es kommt keiner. Nachgefragt am Infopoint ob es den möglich sei jemanden zu organisieren um den das gewünschte Objekt zu bekommen, war die Antwort um 14:19, es ist gerade Mittagszeit. Hoffnungsvoll doch jemanden angetroffen war des Mitarbeiters Antwort auf die Frage ob er den das gewünschte Gut uns aushändigen könnte, was einen Zeitaufwand von wahrscheinlich 15 Sekunden gedauert hätte, Nein er habe keine Zeit. Traurig den Markt verlassen.....
Imagine going to the Media Markt in Wolfsberg, knowing which product you want, waiting half an hour for a customer service representative who should just give you the device from the locked cupboard, but no one comes. Asked at the info point if it was possible to organize someone to get the desired object, the answer was at 2:19 p.m., it was lunchtime. Hopeful but someone found the employee's answer to the question of whether he could hand over the desired goods to us, which would have taken a time of probably 15 seconds, no he didn't have time. Sadly left the market.....
