Hiermit möchte ich festhalten, dass die im Onlineshop teilweise gar keine Produktbeschreibungen vorhanden sind, auch Lieferfähigkeiten werden schlecht oder gar nicht gepflegt. Ich wollte Kinderhandschuhe bestellen. Dazu musste ich bei einigen Artikeln auf bergzeit.at die Produktdetails suchen, weil diese auf der Homepage nicht gepflegt sind. Endlich hatte ich dann Kinderhandschuhe gefunden, diese auch bestellt. Leider kam eine Woche später die Nachricht, dass der Artikel nicht lieferbar ist. Das zeigt, das auch hier Verbesserungspotenzial vorhanden ist und die Lieferbestände nicht korrekt gewartet sind. Man sollte meinen, dass ein Unternehmen in dieser Größenordnung ein automatisches Warenwirtschaftssystem im Hintergrund hat, die Bestände korrekt pflegt. Leider war dem nicht so. Mir wurde kein Ersatzartikel angeboten und mein Patenkind bekommt nun keine Handschuhe zum Nikolaus. Gespannt bin ich noch auf die Kreditkartenabrechnung und ob der Wert auf meiner Karte abgebucht wurde. Hab noch keine Rückbuchungsbestätigung erhalten. Das ganze vorgehen tut mir nicht nur für meine Nichte leid, sondern auch deswegen, weil ich gute Kundin bei Intersport bin und in der Filiale Fohnsdorf sehr viel einkaufe. Was auch die Kundenkarte belegen kann. Den Onlineshop von Intersport werde ich bestimmt nicht mehr nutzen. Kaufen Sie lieber bei einem verlässlichen Anbieter. I would like to state that some of the product descriptions in the online shop are not available at all, and delivery capabilities are poorly maintained or not maintained at all. I wanted to order children's gloves. To do this, I had to look for the product details of some articles on bergzeit.at because they are not maintained on the homepage. Finally I found children's gloves and ordered them too. Unfortunately, a week later I got the message that the item is not available. This shows that there is room for improvement here too and that the delivery stocks are not properly maintained. One would think that a company of this size has an automatic merchandise management system in the background that correctly maintains inventory. Unfortunately, it was not like that. I was not offered a replacement item and my sponsored child will not get any gloves for Santa Claus. I'm still curious about the credit card statement and whether the value has been debited from my card. I haven't received a chargeback confirmation yet. I'm sorry not only for my niece, but also because I'm a good customer at Intersport and I buy a lot in the Fohnsdorf branch. What the customer card can also prove. I will definitely no longer use the Intersport online shop. Better to buy from a reliable provider.
