★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store soweit ok, aber der Onlineshopping bzw. die Kundenserviceline wird über DE verwaltet. Ein einziges Desaster, unfreundliche Damen, inkompetent und generell wohl von Kundenanfragen genervt. Da bestelle ich in Zukunft lieber übet Amazon, da gibt es kein Theater.
Store so far ok, but online shopping and the customer service line are managed via DE. A single disaster, unfriendly ladies, incompetent and generally annoyed by customer inquiries. In the future I prefer to order from Amazon, there is no theater there.
