Beim Foto machen fragte sie mich welches Ausweis Tascherl ich gerne hätte.... Ich sagte danke brauch ich eigentlich nicht, nochmals sagte sie dann, dass dies ja dabei wäre. Beim Bezahlen dann 19,90!!! Auf meine Frage warum auf der Werbung steht 14,90 kam nur die Antwort das gibt's so eigentlich nicht mehr, dass nimmt keiner. Ich sagte ihr, dassich nur nach 4 Fotos Fragte. Vlt sollte sich hier Hartlauer überlegen, wenn sie schon solche Extras anbieten, diese nicht wie selbstverständlich dazugeben. Und dann ist das "Tascherl" ja nicht dabei sondern kostet 5 Euro. Für mich eindeutig Abzocke. Schade Hartlauer hat sonst einen guten Ruf. If you go to a store and say to the seller I need 4 passport photo then you would like to get this too. When she took a picture she asked me which badge I would like to have .... I said thank you I do not actually need, again she said that this would be there. When paying then 19,90 !!! To my question why is on the advertisement 14.90 came only the answer that's it so actually no longer that takes no one. I told her that I asked only for 4 photos. Vlt should consider Hartlauer here, if they already offer such extras, these do not give as a matter of course. And then the "bag" is not there but costs 5 euros. For me clearly rip off. Schade Hartlauer has a good reputation otherwise.
M	M. A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passfoto um 19,90 ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Beim Fotografen nichtmal 10 Euro Passport photo at 19.90 is a bottomless cheek. Not even 10 euros for the photographer

Ich gehe jedes Monat zum Hartlauer und man wird dort auch sehr gut beraten. Aus diesen Gründen gefällt mir dieses Geschäft so sehr. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen. I am very satisfied with Hartlauer. Has a nice & friendly staff and many cheap deals. Every month I go to the Hartlauer and they are also very well advised. For these reasons, I like this business so much. I can only recommend it.
