p	philip v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbarer Service , ich habe 2 Handys bei drei für meine Ordination , als jahrelanger Kunde mit mehreren tausend Euro Umsatz bisher, musste ich trotz neuem iPhone 7 Plus mit Vertragsverlängerung 40 Euro für das Entsperren zahlen, dazu musste ich auch zweimal persönlich im Shop erscheinen. Abbuchen ( trotz Abbuchungserlaubnis meinerseits ) oder per Banküberweisung oder per Zahlschein wäre nicht möglich sagte man mir. Also durfte ich wieder in den Shop fahren. Nun gut, die Quintessenz ist : ich wechsle mit beiden Handys den Anbieter. Jeder muss sein Geschäft führen , wie er es für richtig hält. 40 Euro und jetzt nun 6 h Aufwand für das Entsperren eines Handys....Genauso effizient wie ein kommunistischer Betrieb in der Mittagspause ;) Bravo drei ! Gott sei dank gibt es genug Auswahl an Netzbetreiber Markt. Terrible service, I have 2 cell phones at three for my ordination, as a long-standing customer with several thousand euros in sales so far, I had to pay 40 euros for unlocking despite the new iPhone 7 Plus with a contract extension, and I also had to appear twice in person in the shop. Debiting (despite my debit authorization) or by bank transfer or payment slip would not be possible, I was told. So I was allowed to go back to the shop. Well, the bottom line is: I change providers with both cell phones. Everyone must run their business as they see fit. 40 euros and now 6 hours to unlock a cell phone ... Just as efficient as a communist company during lunch break;) Bravo three! Thank goodness there is enough choice in network operators market.

Wenn man so merklich wenig mit Menschen zu tun haben will sollte man vielleicht einen Job mit weniger Kundenkontakt suchen Staff very unwilling and unfriendly, bad information! To the lady at the counter, a clear missed job. If you want to have so little to do with people, maybe you should look for a job with less customer contact
P	Pia Larcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War vor einem Monat im 3 Shop im DEZ weil mein Handy sich grundlos immer ein und aus schaltet. Die Dame im DEZ war dabei derart unfreundlich, dass ich den Laden total eingeschüchtert wieder verlassen habe. Sie ließ mich nichtmal ausreden und erklärte sofort, dass sie nur Handys mit Vertrag verkaufen (hätte den Vertrag bei ihr verlängert, wäre sie nur nicht so unsympathisch gewesen!)— absolut nicht lösungsorientiert und null Verständnis dafür, dass grad zu Corona Zeiten ein funktionstüchtiges Handy Gold wert ist. Daraufhin hab ich schon überlegt das Netz zu wechseln, wollte Drei aber noch eine Chance geben und so war ich heute in der Cyta Völs im Drei Shop. Die Mitarbeiter da waren alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Endlich jemand, der weiter hilft und zuhört. Mir wurden alle Vor- und Nachteile meiner Handyfavortien aufgezählt, sodass mir die Entscheidung dann auch leicht fiel. Schade, dass so eine Beratung im DEZ wohl nicht möglich ist, da Völs weiter weg von mir zu Hause ist und ein Shop in der Nähe angenehmer gewesen wäre...naja, wie dem auch sei - im DEZ Shop seht ihr mich nicht mehr. Danke an das gesamte Team in Völs - wir werden uns in Zukunft wohl öfter sehen. Was in the 3 shop in the DEZ a month ago because my cell phone always turns on and off for no reason. The lady in the DEZ was so unfriendly that I left the shop totally intimidated. She didn't even let me finish and immediately explained that they only sell cellphones with a contract (if the contract had been extended with her, she would just not have been so unappealing!) - absolutely not solution-oriented and no understanding that in Corona times a functional cell phone Is worth gold. Then I thought about changing the network, but wanted to give Drei another chance and so I was in the Drei Shop at Cyta Völs today. The staff there were all very friendly and tried hard. Finally someone who helps and listens. I was listed all the advantages and disadvantages of my cell phone favorites, so that the decision was easy for me. Too bad that such advice is probably not possible in the DEZ, since Völs is further away from my home and a shop nearby would have been more pleasant ... well, anyway - in the DEZ shop you can no longer see me. Thanks to the entire team in Fiè - we'll see each other more often in the future.

Especially i suggest never go for post paid they really drain your money directly from your account no matter which olan you take. Not just my experience i cross check with my friends and its the same for them So here how it work they charge for right before you bill period ends so you really see it when you check your bill through out the month. And you can't even complaint, even at the 3( drei) shop. The empolees said there is nothing they can do. Even they suggested changing the survice. *True review from an very annoyed customer. Damn now i need to find another service which doesn't loot.
