(Galaxy S7 edge) in einen 3Store weil der Kundendienst von drei einen Simkartenfehler vermutet hat, da mein Handy sich nicht in 4G sondern in edge .. und somit in eine sehr langsame internetverbindung einwählte. Beim ersten Besuch konnte 4g zwar vom Mitarbeiter im Store eingestellt werden, dies hielt jedoch nicht lange an, und ich war wieder auf edge eingewählt , somit wurde beim zweiten Besuch die Simkarte sofort kostenlos getauscht., jetzt dürfte der Spuk vorbei sein. Sehr freundlicher netter Service, kurze Wartezeiten. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
I had to go to a 3store with my .. patient .. (Galaxy S7 edge) because the customer service of three suspected a SIM card error, because my mobile phone did not dial into 4G but into edge .. and thus into a very slow internet connection. On the first visit, 4g could be set by the employee in the store, but this did not last long, and I was dialed in again on edge, so the SIM card was immediately exchanged for free on the second visit. Now the spook should be over. Very friendly nice service, short waiting times. I can only recommend.
