Haben vor kurzem unser erstes E-Rad nach ausführlicher Beratung ohne Zeitdruck erstanden . Die Gattin ist begeistert . Würd ich mein Rad mehr nutzen , wär ich öfter hier zum Service. Komm immer wieder. Parking in front of the house. Large selection of wheels also with el. Support, and accessories. Very competent advice for everything around the wheel. Have recently purchased our first e-bike after extensive consultation without time pressure. The wife is excited. Would I use my bike more, I would often be here for service. Come again and again.

Das Fahrrad hat leider auf dem Foto besser ausgesehen als es war! Bin beim heimfahren bei der Firma Eisel vorbeigefahren! Dort hat sich ein ganz lässiger smarter Typ (denke der Junior Chef) um mich gekümmert! Echt Top! Danke für die Mühe! Wir sind zwar von weiter Weg aber ich denke dass die Firma Eisel ein paar neue Kunden gefunden hat! Came to this shop by accident because I bought a children's bike for Easter! The bike unfortunately looked better in the photo than it was! I drove past the Eisel company while driving home! There a very casual smart guy (think the junior boss) took care of me! Really great! Thank you for the effort! We are still a long way off, but I think the Eisel company has found a few new customers!

Bin mit allen super zufrieden, besonders mit der Hose, da hab ich schon 100 km gemacht sitzt perfekt! Es war eine Top Beratung und Preislich für das Gewand einfach super. Have with me on June 28th. bought the racing bike pants and jersey from Drahteisel and various accessories for the RR. I'm super satisfied with everyone, especially with the pants, I've already done 100 km, it fits perfectly! It was great advice and the price for the garment was just great.

Habe mein MTB zum Service hingebracht und wollte das folgende Dinge gemacht werden: Ritzel hinten, Gabelsperre, neue Bremsbeläge + Bremsbeläge, neues Schaltseil, 8er aus Hinterteilen ausdrehen; Bis auf das neue Schaltseil wurde nichts gemacht und es wurde schlampig gearbeitet. Die Gabelsperre ist immer noch kaputt. Das bremssystem wurde komplett erneuert doch zu wenig Bremsflüssigkeit nachgefüllt und nun bremsen sie schlecht. Der 8er wurde vergessen und statt 2 neuen Ritzel hinten habe ich insgesamt 13 neue ritzel und 1 Kette + Schaltung bekommen. Und für diesen Pfusch habe ich sagenhafte 250 Euro bezahlt und meine Zeit verschwendet. Outrageous. I brought my MTB to the service and wanted to do the following things: rear sprocket, fork lock, new brake pads + brake pads, new shift cable, turn 8s out of rear parts; Except for the new gearshift cable, nothing was done and the work was sloppy. The fork lock is still broken. The brake system has been completely renewed, but not enough brake fluid has been refilled and now you brake poorly. The 8 series was forgotten and instead of 2 new rear sprockets I got a total of 13 new sprockets and 1 chain + gears. And for this botch I paid an incredible 250 euros and wasted my time.

Dann nochmal angerufen zufällig jemand erreicht der gemeint hat er meldet sich wieder…. Wieder nix Noch dreimal probiert anzurufen danach keinen erreicht( an verschiedenen tagen ) Echt katastrophale Kunden Betreuung .. Kein wunder das Leute mittlerweile lieber im internet kaufen als lokal vor ort NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN … zeit verschwendung I wanted to order a spare part .. on site .. I left my number and everything there .. it got me. Never called anyone back .. Then called again by chance someone reached who said he will answer again…. Nothing again Tried three more times to call after that no one was reached (on different days) Really disastrous customer care .. No wonder that people now prefer to buy online rather than locally NOT RECOMMENDED ... time waste
