Nach 1 Monat "Reparatur" und 3 maligen selbständigen anrufen, weil sich keiner meldet wurde mir gesagt dass mein Computer angeblich einen Totalschaden hat obwohl am Anfang von einem Mainboarddefekt die Rede war.
Gibt weitaus bessere EDV Fachstellen im Bezirk
Absolute garbage shop.
After 1 month of "repair" and 3 independent calls, because no one reports, I was told that my computer was said to be totally damaged, even though there was a problem with the mainboard at the beginning.
There are far better IT departments in the district

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meinem Opa wurde hier erklärt, dass bei seinem PC die Platinen bereits total verzogen wären und die Kondensatoren ausrinnen würden. Natürlich wurde auch gleich ein passender Ersatz angeboten.
Meinem Opa kam das richtigerweise komisch vor und hat abgelehnt.
Defekt war die Grafikkarte und ansonsten alles ok!
My grandpa was told here that the boards on his PC were already completely warped and the capacitors would leak out. Of course, a suitable replacement was also offered.
To my grandfather, that seemed right, and refused.
The graphics card was defective and everything else ok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich kann mich bis jetzt nicht beklagen. mein drucker den ich ich von denen gekauft hatte war top leider hat er mittlerweile den geist aufgegeben aber immer hin 7 jahre .
I can't complain so far. my printer that i bought from them was great unfortunately it has given up the ghost but always for 7 years.
