Nachdem ich 25 Minuten warten musste nur um einen Fahrradständer zu bezahlen war dies mit Bankomat nicht möglich da erst ab einem Betrag von 20€ die Karte akzeptiert wird!!! Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt! Und dann noch die Aussage: "20€ hat ja wohl jeder in seinem Portemonnaie! " Großartig!!!!! War dann bei Sports direct und habe um 5€ einen reduzierten Ständer gekauft und mit KARTE gezahlt! Yeah Long time customer, so far always happy but today .... Thanks !!!! After I had to wait 25 minutes just to pay for a bike rack, this was not possible with ATM because the card is accepted only from an amount of 20 €! I've never experienced something like that! And then the statement: "20 € has probably everyone in his wallet!" Great!!!!! Was then at Sports Direct and have bought for 5 € a reduced stand and paid with CARD! yeah

Der Besitzer scheint reichlich Erfahrung mit der Materie zu haben und hat mir vom Tausch eines (lt. anderer Werkstatt) angeblich schon verbrauchten Tretlagers abgeraten und das Rad inklusive Materialkosten zu einem günstigen Preis durchgecheckt (Schaltung einstellen und Sichtprüfung). Laut Prognose hätte es (inklusive Feiertagen) eine Woche dauern sollen, bis ich das Rad wieder holen kann, war dann zu meiner positiven Überraschung schon am nächsten Tag (weniger als 24 Stunden nach Abgabe) fertig. Basierend auf der Erfahrung kann ich den PP Radlshop nur empfehlen. Had my racing bike there for service and I am completely satisfied. The owner seems to have a lot of experience with the matter and advised me not to replace a (according to another workshop) allegedly already used bottom bracket and checked the bike, including material costs, at a reasonable price (adjust gear shift and visual inspection). According to the prognosis, it should have taken a week (including public holidays) before I could get the bike again, but to my positive surprise it was ready the next day (less than 24 hours after delivery). Based on the experience, I can only recommend the PP Radlshop.

Mich hat ein Junger Herr bedient der anscheinend wirklich viel Ahnung von der Fahrrad Materie hat. Kann dieses Geschäft nur empfehlen hier wird Kundenbetreuung sehr groß geschrieben! Danke dafür komme gerne wieder!!!! Very friendly and technically very good. Nothing is screwed on here, but the right thing is found with competence and not only the most expensive is recommended! I was served by a young man who apparently really knows a lot about bicycles. I can only recommend this business customer service is very important here! Thank you for that, I'll be back !!

Der spontane Besuch kurz vor Ladenschluss war kein Problem und wir konnten das neue Rad gleich mitnehmen. PP Graz hat einen neuen Stammkunden dazubekommen :) Absolute recommendation! We were looking for and found an e-bike :) We were given great advice and got the ideal bike for my purposes. The spontaneous visit shortly before the shop closed was no problem and we were able to take the new bike with us. PP Graz has added a new regular customer :)

Mir wurde bei Radservise schnell geholfen (ich habe gar nicht warten müssen) und mein Rad funktioniert fehlerfrei. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und das nächste Rad werde ich hier kaufen. I can only recommend the bike shop: very competent and friendly staff. Radservise helped me quickly (I didn't have to wait) and my bike worked flawlessly. I would love to come back and I'll buy the next bike here.
A	Aline Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal, 8 Wochen für ein Service, obwohl es geheißen hat ungefähr 10 Tage. Wenn man anruft und nachfragt, man hat ja Verständnis, wenn es ein bisschen länger dauert, wird man angeschnauzt, warum man nicht die Marke des Fahrrades kennt (wozu bekommt man eine Reparaturnummer?). Als es endlich abholbereit war, ist der Herr eine Viertel Stunde im Kreis gerannt und konnte das Fahrrad nicht finden und dann ist der Lenker locker und der Ständer funktioniert nach wie vor nicht. Zu all dem auch noch ein horrender Preis zu bezahlen. Nie mehr dort hin. Rude staff, 8 weeks for a service, although it said about 10 days. If you call and ask, you understand, if it takes a little longer, you will be yelled at why you don't know the brand of the bike (why do you get a repair number?). When it was finally ready to be picked up, the gentleman ran in circles for a quarter of an hour and couldn't find the bike and then the handlebars are loose and the stand still doesn't work. On top of all of this, there is a horrific price to pay. Never go there again.

Wenn man nicht warten möchte, kann man ja im Winter kommen, da wird der oder die Verkäufer /in mehr Zeit haben. Ich bin und war voll zufrieden. Vielleicht kann so ein kleines Geschäft nicht immer den besten Preis geben, aber dafür bestimmt das bessere Fachwissen! Ich komme bestimmt wieder. If you do not want to wait, you can come in winter, because the seller or the seller will have more time. I am and was fully satisfied. Maybe such a small business can not always give the best price, but for that determines the better expertise! I'll definitely be back.
