E	Escalep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gehe mal fest davon aus das alle 5 Sterne Bewertungen gekauft sind anderes kann ich mir nicht vorstellen das dieser Arzt eine 5 Sterne Bewertung bekommt. I firmly assume that all 5 star ratings are bought, otherwise I can't imagine that this doctor gets a 5 star rating.

Hatte um 7.45 uhr termin und der herr dr. kam erst um 9.00 uhr genauso wie auch die Ordinationzeiten sind und den selben termin hat auch noch eine dame bekommen, war also um 9.00 auch nicht der erste. Er hat mir dann gesagt meine Augen wären geschädigt wollte mich aber auch nach mehrmaligen nachfragen nicht darüber aufklären. Ich solle mir einfach den nächsten termin ausmachen. Hatte wohl stress da der Warteraum inzwischen voll war. War aber kein einzelfall, habe im Wartezimmer schon von anderen horrorstorys gehört. Habe ihm dann auch gesagt das dies sicher mein letzter besuch war. Fazit, Menschen wie er sollten nicht Arzt werden. Rate urgently! Had at 7.45 clock appointment and the gentleman dr. came only at 9:00 clock as well as the ordination times are and the same date has also got a lady, so at 9:00 was not the first. He then told me my eyes would be damaged but I did not want to explain it even after repeated inquiries. I should just make the next appointment. Had probably stress because the waiting room was now full. But was not an individual case, have heard in the waiting room from other horrorstorys. Have him then said that this was certainly my last visit. Bottom line, people like him should not become a doctor.
J	Johanna Winkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich ist Dr. Tratter ein hochkompetenter, außerst sorgfältiger Augenarzt mit freundlichen und umsichtigen Mitarbeiterinnen. Seine perfekt ausgestattete Ordination wirkt fast wie ein kleines Krankenhaus. Vor einem Jahr hatte ich eine hartnäckige Augenentzündung die aber wieder vollkommen in Ordnung gebracht wurde. Dr. Tratter verfügt nicht nur über enorme fachliche Kompetenz sondern es gibt bei ihm auch viele technische Möglichkeiten der Untersuchung und Therapie. For me, Dr. Tratter is a highly competent, extremely careful ophthalmologist with friendly and careful employees. His perfectly equipped ordination almost looks like a small hospital. A year ago I had a stubborn eye infection which was completely corrected. Dr. Tratter not only has enormous technical competence, he also has many technical possibilities for examination and therapy.
W	Werner Schabauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Tratter ist der kompetenteste Augenarzt, den ich kenne. Er arbeitet sehr konzentriert und besitzt über eine große Fachkenntnis. Er nimmt sich für die Patienten viel Zeit und erläutert genau seine Vorgehensweise. Die Wartezeiten können manchmal unangenehm sein, es lohnt sich aber auf jedem Fall. Er berät sehr kompetent und ausführlich alle Fragen. Bei Ihm fühlt man sich in sicheren Händen. Ich kann Dr. Tratter und sein Team nur empfehlen. Dr. Tratter is the most competent ophthalmologist I know. He works very focused and has a great deal of specialist knowledge. He takes a lot of time for the patient and explains his approach in detail. The waiting times can sometimes be uncomfortable, but it is definitely worth it. He advises all questions very competently and in detail. With him you feel in safe hands. I can Dr. I can only recommend Tratter and his team.
p	paul Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht nur unfreundlichen sondern vor allem auch NICHT kompetent. "Übersah" (oder es interessierte ihn einfach nicht da er sehr schlampig arbeitet) einen fortgeschrittenen Keratokonus. Dieser wurde zum Glück von einem anderen Arzt entdeckt zu welchem ich ging nachdem ich der Aussage "Alles ist ganz normal" von Dr. Tratter nicht glaubt. Ich rate dringend von diesem Arzt ab da er nicht ordentlich arbeitet. Not only unfriendly but above all NOT competent. "Overlooked" (or he just didn't care as he worked very sloppily) an advanced keratoconus. Fortunately, this was discovered by another doctor whom I went to after hearing the statement "Everything is quite normal" from Dr. Tratter doesn't believe. I strongly advise against this doctor as he does not work properly.
C	Claudia Riegler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt war sichtlich genervt, da wir zur Mutter-Kind-Pass-Untersuchung mit einem 2-jährigen Kind gekommen sind. War extrem unfreundlich und weil unser Kind am Anfang verängstigt war und nicht sofort exakt in die richtige Richtung geblickt hat, hat er uns der Praxis verwiesen und gemeint "Dafür hab ich jetzt keine Zeit! Da draußen warten noch andere Patienten". Er hat es gerade 2 Mal sehr halbherzig versucht und hatte nicht ein freundliches Wort oder einen freundlichen Blick übrig. Wir mussten mit unserem Kind selber über 1 Stunde warten und haben uns für diesen Termin extra Urlaub nehmen müssen und dann wurde die Untersuchung nicht gemacht! Unsere Tochter war Stunden danach noch verstört, weil sie merkte, dass er explizit mit ihr Probleme hatte. Im Endeffekt hat dieser Arzt uns die Behandlung verweigert (weil es ihm mit einem Kleinkind zu anstrengend ist oder was weiß ich.) Verbesserungsvorschlag: Gleich bei der Türe ein Schild und im Internet die Info: HIER KEINE MUTTER-KIND-PASS-UNTERSUCHUNGEN. Das wäre für alle Beteiligten hilfreich! The doctor was visibly annoyed because we came to the mother-child pass examination with a 2-year-old child. Was extremely unfriendly and because our child was scared at the beginning and did not look exactly in the right direction immediately, he referred us to the practice and said "I don't have time for that! There are other patients waiting out there". He has just tried very half-heartedly 2 times and didn't have a friendly word or a friendly look to spare. We had to wait over 1 hour with our child ourselves and had to take extra vacation for this appointment and then the examination was not done! Hours later, our daughter was still upset because she noticed that he was explicitly having problems with her. In the end, this doctor refused us the treatment (because it is too strenuous for him with a toddler or what I know.) Suggestion for improvement: A sign at the door and the information on the Internet: NO MOTHER-CHILD PASS EXAMINATIONS HERE. That would be helpful for everyone involved!
