Ich durfte aus dem benachbarten Bayern einer der ersten Kunden sein + habe gleich von dem '2 für 1' Gleitsichtbrillen Angebot Gebrauch gemacht. Die Beratung war ausgezeichnet, freundlich und kompetent. Nach ca. 2 Wochen bekam ich die Mitteilung, dass meine Brillen abholbereit wären. Gesagt, getan, alles bestens. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Abwicklung, Qualität und Service + empfehle das Geschäft gerne weiter. Viel Erfolg & alles Gute ? Kleiner Tipp noch: bitte die Adresse auch bei Google Maps eintragen lassen, dann findet man euch noch leichter ? Glasses.at is now represented in Salzburg with a flagship store. I was allowed to be one of the first customers from neighboring Bavaria + made use of the '2 for 1' varifocal glasses offer. The advice was excellent, friendly and competent. After about 2 weeks I got the message that my glasses were ready to be picked up. No sooner said than done, everything is fine. I am very satisfied with the handling, quality and service + I would be happy to recommend the business to others. Good luck & all the best ? Heute war ich zum Sehtest da, wurde aber erst einmal von einem unmotivierten angewiesen erst mal die Brillen vorher auszusuchen. Zitat: "Beratung hamma aber hier nicht" Ich hätte natürlich Brillen gekauft, aber nicht in dieser Beratungswüste. Was there yesterday for an eye test. The very nice optician said that you can make an online consultation appointment with Berlin! have to agree. Today I was there for the eye test, but was initially instructed by an unmotivated person to choose the glasses beforehand. Quote: "Advice hamma but not here" Of course I would have bought glasses, but not in this advice wasteland.

Es gibt vor Ort eine große Auswahl an Modellen, das Personal ist sehr kompetent und hilft bei der richtigen Auswahl. Die Brillen waren nach ca. 14 Tagen abholbereit. Zusammengefasst hat alles super gepasst, ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Highly recommended. I discovered the Christmas offer (2 glasses for the price of one) on the website and I got an appointment very quickly. There is a large selection of models on site, the staff is very competent and helps with the right choice. The glasses were ready to be picked up after approx. 14 days. In summary, everything worked out great, I have nothing to complain about.

Die Beratung war hervorragend mit sehr viel Kompetenz und die nächste Brille wird nicht lange auf sich warten lassen. Die Optikerin hat die Beratung sehr kompetent durchgeführt und mit viel Zeit die Augen gemessen und die Brillen wurden punktgenau auf meine Gegebenheiten abgestimmt. Empfehlenswert!!! Die Beratung vor Ort ist sehr kompetent, hilfreich, und ehrlich. Great concept, great selection. You can try on glasses at your leisure and choose independently without pressure. M	Monika Auer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Frechheit. Hat man die Brille einmal gekauft ist es aus mit dem Service !! Ich habe unzählige Male im Geschäft angerufen. Immer das selbe Tonband dass z.Zt. niemand erreichbar ist und man nach dem Signalton eine Nachricht hinterlassen kann. Das habe gemacht und meine Telefonnummer hinterlassen. Zurückgerufen bin ich nie geworden! Suche mir jetzt einen Optiker den man auch anrufen kann und wo ich Service habe und nicht nur verkauft wird mit dem Aspekt hat der Kunde erst einmal gekauft will ich keine Arbeit mit ihm haben. Da kann ich gerne auf die Gratisfassung verzichten wenn ich dann keinen Service habe!! Absolute cheek. Once you have bought the glasses, the service is over!! I've called the store numerous times. Always the same tape that currently. no one can be reached and you can leave a message after the beep. I did and left my phone number. I was never called back! I am now looking for an optician who I can also call and where I have service and not only sell with the aspect that once the customer has bought I do not want to have any work with him. I can do without the free version if I don't have a service!!
