Inkompetent im Umgang mit Kindern und unfreundlich. Nie mehr wieder. Changing the apointmemt due to COVID, perfectly fine. But next time, complaining why we didn’t show up at the first(changed) appointment. Incompetent in working with children and unfriendly. Never ever again. Postponement of the practice due to coronavirus, completely OK, but at the next appointment a complaint about why the postponed appointment was not made. Incompetent in dealing with children and unfriendly. Never again. Changing the apointmemt due to COVID, perfectly fine.
