K	K M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gestern in der Filiale im Europark, bin nett von einer jungen Dame an einem Tisch begleitet worden. Dann nahm sich ein Herr Zeit mir meine Brille einzustellen und das ganze auch noch kostenlos. Ich wollte mir schon eine Neue Brille anschaffen, somit ist meine Lieblingsbrille wieder tragbar und ich hab mir neue Gläser für die Fassung bestellt. Alles Super, ich freue mich wieder auf die Brille. Macht weiter so. Yesterday I was in the branch in Europark, I was nicely accompanied by a young lady at a table. Then a gentleman took the time to set my glasses for me and the whole thing for free. I wanted to buy new glasses, so my favorite glasses are wearable again and I ordered new glasses for the frame. Everything is great, I'm looking forward to the glasses again. Keep it up.

Herr Bickel lieh mir seine private Brille zum Ausmessen für meine neue, da mir dieses Modell am besten gefiel und sonst keines in der Filiale vorrätig war. Nochmals besten Dank I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Bickel in particular. Mr. Bickel lent me his private glasses to measure for my new ones, because I liked this model best and there weren't any else in stock in the branch. Thank you again

Die Beratung war sehr Kompetent . Herr Bickel nahm sich zeit mir alles zu erklären und half mir mich für Gläser und Gestell zu entscheiden. Ich fühlte mich rund um zufrieden. My ophthalmologist diagnosed a slight nearsightedness. My path led me to the Fielmann. After a very short wait, I was advised by Mr. Bickel. The advice was very competent. Mr. Bickel took the time to explain everything to me and helped me decide on lenses and frames. I felt completely satisfied.

Was besonders in Erinnerung bleibt ist die Hingabe mit der unser Berater Herr Bickel nach der perfekten Brille für seine Kunden sucht. Sie nahm sich Zeit bei der Auswahl, da diese bei der Erstbrille natürlich etwas länger dauern kann. Wir hatten zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl uns beeilen zu müssen. Die Filiale ist sehr ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. A big thank you to Ms. Palla-Goss for the extensive advice. Very professional, technically top, very customer-oriented and patient. She took her time with the selection, as this can of course take a little longer with the first pair of glasses. At no point did we feel we had to hurry. The branch is very neat and nicely decorated.

M	Michael Priday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent. Waited 12 days for glasses due in 5 days. I said they were wrong they insisted they were OK. When home found one lens coated the other not!. When returning a rude man said I need checking again and changed the values. Promised delivery in one week took 14 days. Neither eye correct vision. Gave up and took my money back...
