Dass sich nun Beschichtung und Lackierung ablöst ist normal bei täglichem Gebrauch. Bin jedoch sehr verärgert dass ich nun für Kontaktlinsenanpassung 80€ bezahlen muss obwohl ich nach einmaligem probieren dort festgestellt habe dass ich dafür zu ungeschickt bin. Muss dazu sagen dass die Damen mich ohne Termin sehr freundlich und geduldig gemessen und mir gezeigt haben wie es funktionieren sollte. Habe ab3r blos eine Kontaktlinse an einem Auge rein und rausgegeben. Klar kostet auch die Arbeitszeit etwas. Ich dachte allerdings Anpassungsgebühr nur wenn man verschiedene Linsen testet um für sich beste Variante zu finden. Finde 80€ viel zu teuer. Meine Schwester hat bei anderem Optiker ohne Gebühr sogar noch Probelinsen mit dazu bekommen! Wollte mir eigentlich hier auch wieder meine neue Brille machen lassen aber nun bin ich verärgert und werde diesen Ort meiden! I got my current glasses there 4 and a half years ago and I'm very happy with them. It is normal for the coating and paint to peel off during daily use. However, I am very annoyed that I now have to pay 80 € for contact lens fitting, although after a single try there I found that I am too clumsy to do so. Must say that the ladies measured me very friendly and patient without an appointment and showed me how it should work. I just put a contact lens in and out of one eye. Of course, working hours also cost something. However, I only thought adjustment fee if you test different lenses to find the best variant for yourself. Find € 80 too expensive. My sister even got trial lenses from other opticians for free! I actually wanted to have my new glasses made here but now I am annoyed and will avoid this place!
