N	Nicole Windberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Ärztin, einfühlsam und nimmt sich Zeit. Sprechstundenhilfen sind auch sehe nett. Leider kommt es immer mehr, in der letzter Zeit, zu sehr langen Wartezeiten, weil es einfach zu wenig kompetente Kinderärzte in Mödling gibt die auf Kasse sind. Very good doctor, sensitive and takes her time. Consultation aids are nice too. Unfortunately there have been more and more waiting times lately, because there are simply not enough competent pediatricians in Mödling who are on the till.
A	Ano Nymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -) Unserem noch nicht 1jährigen Kind wurden Salben, die erst ab 2 Jahren bzw. 5 Jahren zugelassen sind, verschrieben. -) Die Diagnose Neurodermitis wurde beiläufig erwäht. Was das ist, was das für uns heißt und was die Konsequenzen sind, wurde nie besprochen. -) Die Wartezeiten - bis zu 2 Stunden trotz Termin (!) - sind eine Frechheit. +) Das Personal und die Ärztin waren stets freundlich. -) Our child, who is not yet 1 year old, was prescribed ointments that are only approved from 2 years or 5 years. -) The diagnosis of neurodermatitis was mentioned in passing. What it is, what it means for us and what the consequences are, was never discussed. -) The waiting times - up to 2 hours despite the appointment (!) - are a joke. +) The staff and the doctor were always friendly.

Trotz immer vollem Warteraum sind die Wartezeiten total in Ordnung,, die Behandlungen/Untersuchungen sind nie wie eine "Abfertigung" aber auch nicht zu unnötig in die Länge gezogen . Bei Fragen nimmt sich Frau Kastner immer Zeit um Klarheit zu schaffen . Für uns die beste Ärztin From the ladies at the reception to the doctor all super friendly and competent .. Despite the always full waiting room, the waiting times are totally okay, the treatments / examinations are never like a "check-in" but not too unnecessarily long . Ms. Kastner always takes time to clarify questions. For us the best doctor

Is always super nice and hard, answers all questions and takes the time to answer them without having to continue stressed ... I have already recommended you to friends and family, even with positive feedback ? also the time of the appointment always correct without waiting for hours.

S	Sibille Greicha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit vielen Jahren bei Frau Dr. Kastner. Sie ist die beste Ärztin, die man sich wünschen kann. Nimmt sich immer Zeit, egal wie voll das Wartezimmer ist. Strahlt eine Ruhe aus und geht sehr auf die Kinder/Jugendliche ein. Die Ordinationsmitarbeiterinnen sind sehr engagiert und ebenfalls immer freundlich! Schade, dass die Kinder irgendwann zu alt für den Kinderarzt sein werden ;) I have been with Dr. Kastner. She is the best doctor anyone could ask for. Always takes her time, no matter how crowded the waiting room is. Radiates a calm and is very responsive to the children / adolescents. The ordination staff are very committed and also always friendly! It's a shame that the children will eventually be too old for the pediatrician;)
V	Verena Willert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe erst ein Kind und Frau Dr. Kastner ist die erste Kinderärztin, mit der ich je etwas zu tun hatte. Viele Vergleiche habe ich somit nicht. Kann mir aber keine bessere, liebere und kompetentere Ärztin vorstellen. Sie strahlt immer so eine Ruhe aus und nimmt sich wirklich Zeit für Fragen. Wenn wir im Wartebereich sitzen, bekomme ich mit, dass öfters Eltern wegen kleinen Notfällen anrufen. Man sagt den Eltern dann, dass sie noch am selben Tag vorbeikommen können (oder am nächsten). Notfälle werden also berücksichtigt und eingeschoben. Dass es dadurch manchmal zu längeren Wartezeiten kommt, ist verständlich. Ich musste erst einmal lange warten. Lag wahrscheinlich daran, dass da grad Ferien waren und somit überdurchschnittlich mehr los war. I only have one child and Dr. Kastner is the first pediatrician I have ever had anything to do with. So I don't have many comparisons. But I can't imagine a better, dearer and more competent doctor. She is always so calm and really takes the time to answer questions. When we sit in the waiting area, I notice that parents often call about minor emergencies. The parents are then told that they can come by the same day (or the next). Emergencies are therefore taken into account and inserted. It is understandable that this sometimes leads to longer waiting times. I had to wait a long time. It was probably due to the fact that there were holidays and there was more going on than average.
