( und sollte es doch mal länger sein- wird er Mütter oder Väter genau Auskunft gegeben haben- ist mir persönlich lieber als vom Arzt nur durchgewunken zu werden) War letztens am Freitag mit meiner Tochter dort die Fieber gehabt hat und auch wenn er eigentlich schon zu gehabt hätte wurde wir freundlich und sehr kompetent behandelt. Mitarbeiter und der Arzt sind sehr nett und sehr kompetent!!! Würde ihn jeden weiter empfehlen!!!!!!! Everything perfect! Don't wait too long! (and if it should be longer - he will have given mothers or fathers precise information - I personally prefer to be waved through by the doctor) Was last there on Friday with my daughter who had a fever and even if he actually had to, we were treated in a friendly and very competent manner. Staff and the doctor are very nice and very competent! Would recommend him to everyone !!!!!!!
K	Kristina Pekovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Kinderarzt der Ruhe bewahrt und immer beruhigt. Bei Untersuchungen schnell und dennoch gründlich. Hat eine liebe und lustige Art im Umgang mit Kindern. Meine Töchter knapp 4 Monate und 5 Jahre beide scheinen zufrieden und komplett entspannt bei den Kontrollen. Zu unrecht so schlecht bewertet denn er kann ja wirklich nichts dafür dass er der einzige Kassenarzt weit und breit ist, wenn es mal zu längeren Wartezeiten kommt spricht es ja vlt auch für die gute Qualität. Ich warte jedenfalls nie sehr lange denn meistens werden die Termine super eingehalten. Zu den beiden Mitarbeitererinen: super Mädels, sehr lieb im Umgang mit Kindern. Alles bestens, weiter so ? Great pediatrician who keeps calm and always calms down. Fast and thorough during examinations. Has a loving and fun way around children. My daughters, almost 4 months and 5 years old, both seem satisfied and completely relaxed during the controls. Wrongly rated so badly because he really can't help that he is the only health insurance doctor far and wide, if it comes to longer waiting times it probably speaks for the good quality. In any case, I never wait very long because most of the time the appointments are kept extremely well. About the two employees: great girls, very nice to deal with children. Everything is fine, keep it up ?
M	Melanie Witek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr netter Arzt. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (1monat) schon das zweite mal bei ihm. Die Ordination ist sauber und gepflegt. Es wird gebeten die Schuhe auszuziehen. Der Warteraum ist groß und es steht jede Menge bereit damit sich die Kinder beschäftigen können. Eine Rutsche ein Spiel haus. Mehrere holzspielscheiben an den Wänden. Und große Sofas zum sitzen für die Eltern. Wobei die Kinder auch auf den Sofas ihres Spaß haben da diese zum springen einladen. ;) Die Assistenten sind auch freundlich und zuvorkommend. Waschräume sind sauber und Platz zum wickeln gibt es auch. Wartezeiten sind in Ordnung. Da hat corona seine Vorteile :P Wir haben nie länger als eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Der Herr Doktor ist echt nett. Er nahm sich für die Untersuchung nicht zu viel Zeit aber auch nicht zu wenig sprich wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt. Er war im Umgang mit dem Kind behutsam und vorsichtig. Er respektiert uns als Eltern und kommuniziert deutlich. Wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt. Ich kann den Arzt auf jeden Fall als Mami mit guten Gewissen empfehlen. A very nice doctor. We were with our son (1 month) for the second time with him. The ordination is clean and well maintained. You are asked to take off your shoes. The waiting room is large and there is plenty ready so that the children can keep themselves busy. A slide a playhouse. Several wooden playing discs on the walls. And large sofas to sit on for the parents. The children also have fun on the sofas as they invite you to jump. ;) The assistants are also friendly and accommodating. Washrooms are clean and there is also room to change diapers. Waiting times are fine. Corona has its advantages: P We never waited more than half an hour. The doctor is really nice. He didn't take too much time for the examination, but also not too little, i.e. we felt well looked after. He was gentle and careful with the child. He respects us as parents and communicates clearly. We felt well looked after. I can definitely recommend the doctor as a mom with a clear conscience.
M	Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind mit Dr. Franzen schon seit vielen Jahren äußerst zufrieden. Er ist ein sehr netter, gewissenhafter und ruhiger Arzt. Seine Diagnosen waren immer korrekt. Die Wartezeiten sind wie überall eher länger - bei Kinderärzten ist halt immer viel los! Mit den Assistentinnen hatten wir nur gute Erfahrungen. Ich kann Hr Dr Franzen als Kinderarzt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!! We are with Dr. Franzen has been extremely satisfied for many years. He is a very nice, conscientious and calm doctor. His diagnoses were always correct. As everywhere else, the waiting times are longer - there is always a lot going on at paediatricians! We only had good experiences with the assistants. I can definitely recommend Dr Franzen as a pediatrician !!

Sonst alles top er ist sehr bemüht wenn wir kommen und geht sehr toll mit den Kindern um. Danke dafür I am very satisfied with the doctor the contact by phone is a bit chaotic you always have to wait longer until someone answers. Wenn man versucht einen Termin zu bekommen weil das Kind krank ist und Fieber hat wird einem gesagt das man ins Krankenhaus fahren soll weil alles voll ist obwohl nur zwei Patienten im Warteraum warten und die Ordination noch Stunden offen hätte. Bei einer Terminverschiebung darf man fast zwei Monate auf den nächsten warten. Impftermine werden im Abstand von zehn Tagen (viel zu früh) vergeben und einiges im schlimmsten Fall doppelt geimpft wenn man nicht selber drauf achtet. A disaster!!!! If you try to get an appointment because the child is sick and has a fever, you are told to go to the hospital because everything is full, even though there are only two patients waiting in the waiting room and the surgery is still open for hours. When an appointment is postponed, you have to wait almost two months for the next one. Vaccination appointments are given at intervals of ten days (far too early) and in the worst case some are vaccinated twice if you don't pay attention to it yourself.
A	Alexander Macho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netter und kompetenter Arzt, allerdings kann es doch nun wirklich nicht sein das man während einer Pandemie mehr als 2 Stunden mit vielen anderen im Watezimmer warten muss. Es kann doch bitte wirklich nicht so schwer sein das wenn man Termine vergibt diese auch zumindest "halbwegs" einzuhalten! Nice and competent doctor, but it really cannot be that you have to wait more than 2 hours with many others in the waiting room during a pandemic. It really can't be that difficult if you make appointments and at least keep them "halfway"!
