s	simone vogel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe noch nie eine Ärztin wie sie gehabt. Eine Ärztin der das Wohl des Menschen noch wichtig ist. Da sind mir auch längere Wartezeiten egal. Auch die Dame am Empfang ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Thomas vom Labor nimmt Blut ohne das man den Stich bemerkt. Die gesamte Praxis verdient 5 Sterne + besser geht es einfach nicht. I have never had a doctor like her. A doctor who still cares about the well-being of man. I do not care about longer waiting times. The lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful, Thomas from the lab takes blood without the stitches. The whole practice deserves 5 stars + it could not be better.

Das Wartebereich überfüllt und dreckig. und unordentlich. Totally incompetent, rude and rude receptionist (blonde, over 50) who prefers the patient according to her sympathies. E	Edda Blacky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So wie es scheint, ist die Ordinationsgehilfin nur freundlich, wenn man ihr Geld und Pralinen schenkt! Unglaublich, ohne Worte! Werde mit meinen 36 Jahren angeschrien als wäre ich ihr kleines Kind! Lass mich schon 5 Minuten lang anschreien, aber kaum werde ich etwas lauter, dass man seinen Ton mässigt, kommt plötzlich Dr. Kamaleyan und fragt warum ich schreie, wo waren Sie als ich 5 Minuten lang von Ihrer Ordinationsgehilfin angeschrien wurde? Werde für 2 Wochen krank geschrieben, obwohl ich weiterhin arbeiten war, nicht in der Ordination war oder angerufen habe - der Krankenstand hatte absolut NICHTS MIT MIR ZU TUN!! Termine werden vergeben, aber nicht eingehalten und nach sympathie dran genommen! Also mir fehlen wirklich die Worte, total inkompetent und gefrustet!!!! Meiner Meinung nach, sollten Sie beide Ihren Job wechseln!! Wenn ich so arbeiten würde.... It seems that the ordination assistant is only friendly if you give her money and chocolates! M	Maximilian Graf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut schlechter Patientenservice leider. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist entweder komplett überfordert mit ihrem Job oder einfach absolut demotiviert. Anders lässt sich der Umgang mit Patienten vor Ort (oder wenn man es mal schafft jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen) nicht beschreiben. Glaube die Ärztin ist einfach zu groß geworden, die Ordination musste Personal aufstocken und seitdem ist alles einfach nur mehr unpersönlich und schlecht geworden. Anrufen nutzlos, man kommt da nicht durch, eher noch erreicht man den Papst. Bin eigentlich jahrelanger Patient in der Ordination, aber das wars nun für mich. Werde zu einem kompetenter Ansprechpartner wechseln, diesen Zustand will ich mir nicht mehr geben. Leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Bei der Patientenbetreuung empfehle ich euch lieber gesund zu bleiben. Absolutely poor patient service, unfortunately. The lady at the reception is either completely overwhelmed with her job or simply absolutely demotivated. There is no other way of describing how to deal with patients on site (or when you manage to reach someone by phone). I think the doctor just got too big, the ordination had to increase staff and since then everything has just become more impersonal and bad. Calling useless, you can't get through it, you're more likely to reach the Pope. Actually, I've been a patient in the ordination for years, but that's about it for me. I will switch to a competent contact person, I do not want to be in this state anymore. Unfortunately, absolutely not recommendable. When it comes to patient care, I recommend you stay healthy.
A	Anna Schied on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl es eine sehr stark frequentierte Kassenpraxis ist und entsprechend alles schnell gehen muss, hat man bei keinem/keiner der Ärzte und Ärztinnen im Team das Gefühl, das Desinteresse an den Patienten besteht. Die Wartezeiten sind in meinen Augen absolut in Ordnung, besonders wenn man den hohen Andrang bedenkt. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist super nett und hat eine Engelsgeduld mit den oft nicht ganz einfachen Wünschen der Patienten. Sofern man das über eine Arztpraxis sagen kann, da der Besuch ja im Normalfall mit gesundheitlichen Beschwerden verbunden ist, gerne wieder :) Although it is a very busy check-out practice and everything has to be done quickly, none of the doctors in the team give you the feeling that there is no interest in the patient. In my opinion, the waiting times are absolutely okay, especially when you consider the large number of people. The lady at the reception is super nice and has an angelic patience with the often not very simple wishes of the patients. If you can say that about a doctor's office, since the visit is usually associated with health complaints, gladly again :)

Auch die Ordinationsdame ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank an Dr. Kamaleyan-Schmied und dem gesamten Team. Very competent and sensitive. As a general practitioner, the doctor often knows better than the specialists in their own areas. The lady in charge is always very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied! Many thanks to dr. She had actually put the phone down and she was talking to a patient without informing me nor giving me a typical "ein moment bitte"... Then, I asked in English and IN GERMAN if she spoke English or French. I received a cold "no" and she hung up on me! It makes me wonder how bad the doctor is if s/he is incapable of choosing and hiring a secretary with basic manners!
