D	Der Kritiker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laut Internet heute um 12:30 offen. Ging 10 Minuten früher hin, damit ich nicht so lang warten muss und da bin, wenn die Ordination aufsperrt. Leider schien diese Ordination schon lang offen gewesen zu sein, da die Warteschlange bis nach draußen war. Eine Schweinerei ist das. Diesen Arzt kann ich NICHT empfehlen. Ist mir schleierhaft, wieso die meisten 5 Sterne vergeben können (Wahrscheinlich selbst alles Polen, wie die Ärztin). According to the Internet today at 12:30 open. Went 10 minutes earlier so I do not have to wait that long and be there when the ordination is unlocked. Unfortunately, this ordination seemed to have been open long since the queue was out. This is a mess. I can NOT recommend this doctor. I do not know why most of the 5 stars can forgive (probably even Poland, like the doctor).

Ich musste noch nie 3 and halb stunden warten bis ich dran kommen, ist echt das letzte und dann noch so unfreundlich! With all my love but that was the first and the last time I go to this doctor! I've never had to wait 3 and a half hours for my turn, it's really the last and then still so unfriendly!

Chciałam umówić na wizytę 75 letnia babcie i zostałam oddalona z kwitkiem bo nie mieszkam w 1210 Becyrku. Tak właśnie jest Polak Polakowi za granicą. I do not recommend, who is this doctor who refuses to admit new patients ???? Didn't the doctors swear to help, no matter in what situation? I wanted to make an appointment for my 75-year-old grandmother and I was left with a receipt because I don't live in 1210 Becyrk. This is what a Pole is like to a Pole abroad.

Natomiast pani w Ordynacji z dziś 7.04.2021odebrała telefon, poprosiła mnie o sekundę cierpliwości i ta sekunda trwała 20 minut. W tym czasie stałam na dworze pod apteką i zmarzłam bo padał śnieg ! Po 20 minutach oczekiwania powiedziała że receptę dostanę później bo dużo się w ordynacji dzieje. Tłumacze ze stoję i marzne pod apteką a ona żeby później poszła do apteki jeszcze raz bo ona postara się to dziś zrobić !!! Tragedia !!! Nieprofesjonalizm ! When it comes to the Doctor, everything is ok. Helpful, diagnoses well. On the other hand, the lady in the Ordynacja of 7 April 2021 answered the phone, asked me for a second of patience and this second lasted 20 minutes. At that time, I was standing outside the pharmacy and I was cold because it was snowing! After 20 minutes of waiting, she said that I would get the prescription later because a lot is going on in the ordinance. Interpreters that I am standing and cold in front of the pharmacy and she would like to go to the pharmacy again later because she will try to do it today !!! Tragedy !!! Unprofessionalism!
V	Viktoria Vasic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist die Vertretung meiner eigentlichen Ärztin- da im Urlaub. Zur Ärztin selbst kann nichts sagen, da ich nicht drinnen war. Aber von der Sprechstundenhilfe bin ich begeistert. Das muss erwähnt werden. Soo geduldig und freundlich und das obwohl die Schlange bis nach draußen stand und das Telefon unaufhörlich läutete. Das kenn ich auch anders (bei meiner eigentlichen Hausärztin z.B.). Die Geduld und Freundlichkeit der Dame möchte ich mir zum Vorbild nehmen. Den Namen weiß ich leider nicht, aber sie war alleine - was noch mehr für sie spricht. Abwicklung war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert. Is the substitute for my actual doctor - there on vacation. I can't say anything about the doctor herself because I wasn't inside. But I am enthusiastic about the office hours help. That has to be mentioned. So patient and friendly, even though the queue stood outside and the phone rang incessantly. I know that differently (with my actual family doctor, for example). I would like to take the patience and friendliness of the lady as an example. Unfortunately I don't know the name, but she was alone - which speaks even more for her. Processing was also very straightforward.

Die Patienten stehen alleine schon für die Anmeldung, noch vor der Öffnungszeit, Schlange bis auf die Gasse (ungelogen). Terminvergabe gibt es keine und das Telefon ist oft den ganzen Tag durchgehend besetzt. Ideal für telefonische Krankmeldungen. Ansonsten liegen die Wartezeiten jenseits von Gut und Böse. Ich werde mir einen neuen Hausarzt suchen. Has been my family doctor for a few years, but the condition has worsened over the years. Patients are already standing in line to register, even before opening hours, up to the alley (no lie). There are no appointments and the phone is often manned all day long. Ideal for phone calls to sick leave. Otherwise, the waiting times are beyond good and bad. I will look for a new family doctor.
