Die Ärztin ist ok, aber die Sprechstundenhilfe ein echter Drache, arrogant und unhöflich, und das größte No Go: weist ihre Helferin vor allen Patienten zurecht, wie ein Schulmädchen. Die Dame sollte mal eine Weiterbildung zum Thema Kundenfreundlichkeit machen. Once and never again, luckily I only visited her as a substitute. The doctor is ok, but the receptionist is a real dragon, arrogant and rude, and the biggest No Go: is to make her helper cope in front of all patients like a schoolgirl. The lady should do a training on the subject of customer service.

Sie nimmt Anliegen ernst und behandelt nach neuesten Stand der Wissenschaft (nicht so selbstverständlich was ich bei so aus Erfahrung sagen kann... liegt wahrscheinlich auch daran welche Leistungen die Krankenkassen zahlen und welche nicht...). Sie gibt auch alternative Vorschläge - individuelle Beratung, sie nimmt sich Zeit. Man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben. Räumlichkeit: hell, freundlich. Wartezeit so gut wie keine. Noch nie länger als 5-10min gewartet. Barrierefreier Zugang: Lift. UND die Assistentin sehr organisiert! großes Lob an das gesamte Team!! Miss Dr. Grillitsch is one of the most competent doctors with whom I have been treated to date. She takes concerns seriously and treats them according to the latest state of the art (not as self-evident what I can say from experience ... is probably also due to which services the health insurance companies pay and which do not ...). She also gives alternative suggestions - individual advice, she takes her time. You just feel in good hands. Space: bright, friendly. Waiting time almost none. Never waited longer than 5-10min. Barrier-free access: lift. AND the assistant very organized! high praise to the whole team !!

Dr. Grillitsch is one of the most competent doctors I have met so far. She takes her time, addresses the patients individually and has my complete confidence. Dennoch sind die Diagnosen professionell und korrekt sodass einem wirklich geholfen wird! Kann ich bedingungslos jedem empfehlen. Absolutely outstanding doctor and a top team! Short waiting times, a doctor who takes time for her patients and personal care still capitalizes. Nevertheless, the diagnoses are professional and correct so that you really get help! Can I unconditionally recommend to anyone.

She did not hesistate to call an expert from the hospital as well to double check her diagnostic. I was feeling much better as fast as the day after. Special thanks for the appointment in Graz, because as a foreigner it was hard to find a doctor willing to take me even if i had serious symtoms. Big thanks to your secretary aswell, really kind and comprehensive. That's a five stars from me.
