D	Doris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles top!!! Ich hatte akute Probleme und die Ordination war, nach dem Urlaub, den ersten Tag geöffnet. Ohne Termin hat man mich nicht weggeschickt, obwohl das Wartezimmer voll war. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, der Arzt sehr kompetent und sehr nett. Ich kann Dr. Hebel samt dem gesamten Team nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!!! Everything perfect!!! I had acute problems and the ordination was open the first day after the vacation. I was not sent away without an appointment, even though the waiting room was full. The staff was extremely friendly, the doctor very competent and very nice. I can Dr. Lever and the entire team can only warmly recommend it !!!!!
M	M. V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde Mitte Juli Prostata operiert. Der Arztbrief meiner OP in Linz erging an Dr. Hebel. Seit rd. 3Wochen versuchte ich die Ordi wegen Nachsorge telefonisch zu erreichen. Da mir dies nicht gelang versuchte ich nun per E-Mail einen Rückruf zu erhalten. Ich teilte nach Rückruf der Assistentin mit, dass ich wegen Nachsorgetermin seit 3 Wo versuche die Ordi zu erreichen. Diese erklärte mir lapidar, wenn Sie gleich um 14 Uhr anrufen, rufen auch noch 50 andere Patienten an, daher hebt niemand ab. Ich versuchte jetzt einen Termin zu bekommen. Der nächste freie Termin ist erst Mitte November sagte die Dame sehr schroff und äußerst unfreundlich. Nach langem Hin und Her gelang es mir dann einen Termin für Anfang Oktober zu bekommen. Sehr eigenartig ist, dass ich als ich einen möglichen OP Termin bei ihm besprochen habe , ich diesen Termin schon 2 Tage später bekommen habe. Anscheinend ist eine Nachsorge für diese Ordi "zu wenig " Ich werde mir einen anderen Urologen ( mit freundlicherer Aufnahme ) suchen müssen, da ich auch kein Vertrauen mehr aufbauen kann. Hier ist jeder Stern zu viel. 14.09.2020 I had prostate surgery in mid-July. The doctor's letter from my surgery in Linz was sent to Dr. Lever. Since approx. For 3 weeks I tried the Ordi by phone for follow-up care to reach. Since I couldn't do this, I tried to get a call back by email. When the assistant was called back, I informed the assistant that I was about to Follow-up appointment since 3 weeks trying to reach the Ordi. This explained to me succinctly if you call, call at 2 p.m. 50 other patients too, so no one picks up. I tried to get an appointment now. The next free one The date is only in the middle of November, said the lady very curtly and extremely unfriendly. After a lot of back and forth I managed to make an appointment to get for early October. What is very strange is that I have a possible surgery appointment when I do discussed with him, I got this appointment 2 days later. Apparently, aftercare for this ordi is "too little" I will go to another urologist (with a friendlier reception) have to look, because I can no longer build trust either. Every star is too many here. 14.09.2020
K	Kazimir Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frechheit! Die Ordination öffnet um 14:00. Eine halbe Stunde später, pünktlich zu meinem Termin, warten 8! Personen vor mir. Wie kann man in so kurzer Zeit einen derartigen Rückstand aufbauen? Entweder machen die Vorzimmerdamen was sie wollen oder es steckt System dahinter. Beides wirft kein gutes Licht auf den Verantwortlichen. Cheek! The ordination opens at 2 p.m. Half an hour later, on time for my appointment, wait 8! People in front of me. How can you build up such a backlog in such a short time? Either the ladies in the hall do what they want or there is a system behind it. Neither does a good light on the person responsible.

Die Dame war sehr nett- Dies ist nicht selbstverständlich in der heutigen Zeit! Danke! First of all, I can only rate the nice phone call with the nurse for a 1st appointment- Appointment early May for a specialist fully ok. The lady was very nice- This is not to be taken for granted these days! Thanks!

Da er sehr schwerhörig ist und schon einwenig Probleme hat, das Erklärte richtig zu verstehen, darf ich bei den Gesprächen anwesend sein. Dr. Hebel hat viel Verständnis gezeigt DANKE Hr. Dr. Hebel Die Vorzimmerdamen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben immer ein Lächeln und ein liebes Wort für die Patienten übrig;)) Thank you for taking great care of my 85 year old father. Since he is very hard of hearing and has a few problems understanding what has been explained correctly, I am allowed to be present during the discussions. Dr. Lever showed a lot of understanding THANK YOU Mr. Dr. lever The receptionists are very friendly and helpful and always have a smile and a kind word for the patients;))

Meiner Meinung nach findet hier nur eine Massenabfertigung statt und auf die Bedürfnisse des Patienten wird nicht wirklich eingegangen. Arzt hört einem auch nicht wirklich genau zu. Ich habe nach meinem ersten Termin den Arzt gewechselt. Die Rezeption ist jedoch sehr freundlich und der Arzt war auch freundlich nur kommt es mir eben wie Massenabfertigung vor und deshalb nur 2/5 Sternen. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this ordination. In my opinion, only mass processing takes place here and the needs of the patient are not really addressed. The doctor doesn't really listen to you either. I switched doctors after my first appointment. However, the front desk is very friendly and the doctor was also friendly, but it just seems to me like mass processing and therefore only 2/5 stars.
