Awesome doctor! Feel in good hands there and go out with a good feeling. The waiting time is half as bad, best to take something to read.

Ich brauche dringend tabletten und dauernd kommt entweder die mailbox oder es wird einfach weggedrückt! I've been trying to reach the practice all day. My doctor gave this address as a replacement practice because she is on vacation. I urgently need pills and either the mailbox keeps coming in or it is simply pushed away!

Auf seine Meinung kann man vertrauen, ohne Zweifel. Auch alle Angestellten bei ihm sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch wenn noch so ein Streß herrscht. Bin gänzlich zufrieden & hoffe er bleibt Graz noch ein Weilchen erhalten ? I have been with Doctor Meister for half an eternity and he is one of the most understanding, polite and competent doctors in all of Graz. You can trust his opinion, no doubt. All of his employees are always friendly and courteous, even when there is still stress. I am completely satisfied & hope he stays in Graz for a while ?
J	Josef Holzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anscheinend ist es in dieser Praxis üblich das die Sprechstundenhilfe die Patienten wegschickt obwohl sie ein Notfall sind, das 1. Mal hatte der Patient eine Blutvergiftung und musste von einem anderen Arzt richtig behandelt werden und das 2. Mal war der ganze Fuss geschwollen mit Verdacht auf wieder eine Blutvergiftung, dieser hat sich auch bestätigt genauso wie beim 1.mal!!!! Der Arzt hat den Patienten nie zu Gesicht bekommen, da die Sprechstundenhilfe den Patienten am Telefon abgewimmelt hat, anscheinend ist der wichtiger die Ordination pünktlich zu schließen als den Patienten der ganz klar ein Notfall war zu behandeln!!??. In welcher Ordination darf eine Telefonistin Patienten einfach wegschicken, nicht Mal mit dem Arzt durfte der Patient sprechen!!! Bei solchen Zuständen ist es nur noch ne Frage der Zeit wann ein Patient die Konsequenzen tragen muss,nur damit die Dame am Telefon pünktlich nach Hause kann!! Wo kann eine Sprechstundenhilfe diese Entscheidungen treffen ohne darüber den Arzt zu informieren???? UNGLAUBLICH Apparently it is common in this practice that the receptionist sends the patients away even though they are an emergency, the first time the patient had blood poisoning and had to be treated properly by another doctor and the second time the whole foot was swollen with suspicion another blood poisoning, this has also been confirmed just like the first time !!!! The doctor never got to see the patient, because the receptionist got rid of the patient on the phone, apparently it is more important to close the ordination on time than to treat the patient who was clearly an emergency !! ??. In which ordinance an operator can simply send patients away, the patient was not even allowed to speak to the doctor !!! With such conditions, it is only a matter of time before a patient has to bear the consequences, just so that the lady can go home on time on the phone !! Where can a receptionist make these decisions without informing the doctor ???? INCREDIBLE

Ich finde, alle Probleme, die aufkommen, haben die gleiche Ursache, nämlich das er zu viele Patienten hat. Er nimmt zwar seit Jahren keine neuen Patienten mehr auf, aber es ist trotzdem immer viel los: lange Wartezeiten, keine Privatsphäre außer bei Einzelgesprächen mit Termin, der Herr Doktor nimmt sich wenig Zeit für Anliegen. Er nimmt sich kaum Zeit (außer bei älteren Patienten), verschreibt kaum etwas, man muss alles explizit nachfragen. Wir haben oft keine Ahnung und werden nichts gefragt. Naja. Werde wohl wechseln müssen. My parents and I have been with him for 25 years, he is our family doctor. I think all the problems that arise have the same cause, namely that he has too many patients. He has not admitted new patients for years, but there is always a lot going on: long waiting times, no privacy except for one-on-one appointments, the doctor takes little time for concerns. He hardly takes any time (except for older patients), hardly prescribes anything, you have to ask everything explicitly. We often have no idea and are not asked anything. Well. Will probably have to change.
