Arme Geschäftsleitung, wenn es euch egal ist wie viel Umsatz ihr macht, dann geht doch Automaten spielen, da ist der Gewinn wenigstens manchmal größer! Wanted to have something special, but advice was not to think. Anyone should not respond, it could happen that someone moves. Poor management, if you do not care how much sales you make, then you can play automatons, the profit is sometimes bigger!

Wer dort einkauft, kann nur hoffen dass er kein Problem mit seinem Paar Schuh hat. Traurig für ein doch "namhaftes" Geschäft in Graz. Do not write reviews normally, but what you get here in "customer service" is the last. If you shop there, you can only hope that you have no problem with your pair of shoes. Sorry for a "well-known" business in Graz.

So sehen Clarks-Schuhe (Ladenpreis EURO 99,90), welche in diesem Laden gekauft wurden, nach dem Tragen innerhalb des Zeitraumes von knapp einem Jahr aus. Die Reklamation erfolgt persönlich und die Dame erklärt, den Chef damit zu befassen und mich verlässlich telefonisch vom Ergebnis zu informieren. Nach knapp einem Monat, in dem keine Nachricht erfolgt, frage ich nach und die betreffende Dame erklärt, dass diese Schuhe durch eine normale Abnützung so aussehen, also Reklamation abgelehnt!!!! Auf die Frage, warum dieses Ergebnis nicht schon längst telefonisch mitgeteilt wurde, sagt die Dame, sie dachte, eine Kollegin hätte angerufen. Kein Wort einer Entschuldigung, und eine Frechheit, hinsichtlich der Schuhe dieser Preisklasse, ohne die Möglichkeit einer Reparatur, nach einem Jahr schon die Entsorgung vornehmen zu müssen!! this shop is to forget! This is what Clarks shoes (retail price EUR 99.90) that were bought in this shop look like after being worn within a period of just under a year. The complaint is made personally and the lady explains that she will deal with the boss and reliably inform me of the result by phone. After almost a month in which no message was received, I asked and the lady in question explained that these shoes look like this through normal wear, so the complaint was rejected! When asked why this result was not communicated by phone long ago, the lady said she thought a colleague had called. Not a word of apology, and a cheek, with regard to shoes in this price range, without the possibility of repair, after one year of having to dispose of them!

Ein Fixpunkt dabei ist immer ein Besuch in diesem nachwievor familiengeführten Schuhgeschäft. Schon beim Betreten des Geschäfts fühlt man sich durch den Empfang der netten Verkäuferinnen, in guten Händen und die qualitativ hochwertige Schuhauswahl tut ihr übriges. Schade dass es solche Geschäfte auch in Wien nur mehr selten gibt. I can only agree with the positive reviews. I often come from Vienna to Graz to enjoy the atmosphere of this city. A fixed point is always a visit to this family-run shoe shop. As soon as you enter the shop, when you are welcomed by the nice shop assistants, you feel you are in good hands and the high-quality shoe selection does the rest. It's a shame that such shops are rarely found in Vienna either.
m	m ofi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Auswahl zu guten Preisen, besonders bei Damen Schuhen! Die Verkäufer sind sehr unterschiedlich. teilweise etwas aufdringlich. Insgesamt finde ich, dass zu häufig gerade jenes Produkt für gut befunden wird, dass man gerade probiert. Es ist natürlich unmöglich, es jedem recht zu machen aber etwas mehr zurückhaltung aber dafür auch kritische Bemerkungen fände ich gut. Die Verkäuferin bei dein Herren war sehr engagiert obwohl sie alleine für mehrere Kunden da war. Good selection at good prices, especially for women's shoes! The sellers are very different. partly a bit intrusive. Overall, I find that too often just that product is found to be good, that you just tried. Of course it is impossible to please anyone but a little more restraint but I would also like to make critical remarks. The shop assistant to your master was very dedicated although she was there for several customers alone.

Leider wirkt die Anordnung im Geschäft etwas chaotisch, die Musik war letztes Mal zu laut! Beratung war gut. Nice selection of shoes, especially brands like ARA, Sioux, Paul Green and Gabor. Unfortunately the arrangement in the shop seems a bit chaotic, the music was too loud last time! Advice was good.

Still, the selection is pretty good, so if you "crap money" (to use an Austrian turn of phrase), this is probably your one-stop shop.
