Und am Telefon wird mit Lautsprecher telefoniert , sodass das ganze Wartezimmer den unfreundlichen Dialog auch noch mitbekommt. Privatsphäre?!?!Eine Frechheit!!! The doctor is really that great, but the lady in the hall is almost unbeatable when it comes to unfriendliness. Especially to the older generation. And on the phone there is a loudspeaker, so that the whole waiting room can also hear the unfriendly dialogue. Privacy?!?! A cheek !!!
V	Vladimir Putout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Patient gewesen, als "aggressiv" bezeichnet geworden nachdem ich 3 mal bei dem Versuch mein Anliegen zu detaillieren unterbrochen wurde und mich sprichwörtlich nicht mehr mundtot machen ließ und mein Anliegen weiter ausführte (keiner wurde laut oder sonstiges aber ja?) Anfragen auf Allergietest wurde nur schämisch hinterfragt, eine Muskel-Verfestigung mit einem "was soll ich machen" erstbehandelt und auf wiederholtes nachfragen sogar untersucht? Been a patient for a long time, called "aggressive" after I was interrupted 3 times while trying to detail my concern and literally did not allow myself to be silenced and continued my concern (no one was loud or anything else but yes?) Inquiries for an allergy test were only questioned shamefully, a muscle tightening with a "what should I do" first treated and even examined after repeated inquiries?

Leider schon das zweite Mal passiert die Dame sollte sich umschulen lassen da wo sie mit keinen Patienten oder Menschen zu tun hat. Very rude and annoyed behavior at the reception. M	Martin Slanic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innerhalb der ersten Vorstellung am Telefon wurde ich dreimal von einer genervten Stimme am Telefon scharf unterbrochen, nachdem ich klar gemacht hatte, dass ich spontan wegen Schmerzen die ich habe anrufe, wurde erstmal ausgiebig Zeit genommen, zu erklären das ich "gleich höflich" zu sein habe und nicht so jammern soll. Daraufhin habe ich aufgelegt. Keine Ahnung ob die Fr. Doktor eine gute Ärztin ist oder nicht, aber wenn man so empfangen wird gibts von mir einfach kein Vertrauen in die Ordination. During the first introduction on the phone, I was interrupted three times by an annoyed voice on the phone, after I had made it clear that I was calling spontaneously because of the pain I had, first of all time was taken to explain that I would be "equally polite" and shouldn't complain like that. Then I hung up. I have no idea whether Ms. Doctor is a good doctor or not, but when you are received like that, I simply don't trust the ordination.
H	Hidden Democracy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and competent doctor. 2 stars penalization because the receptionist is very unfriendly and with no empathy with the patients. If I had another doctor close to me I would change only becuse of the unprofessional behavior of the recepcionist.
