M	Max Nunner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (tl:dr - Nie wieder in dieser Filiale frühstücken! Unhöflich, verständnislos und unhygienisch! Besser wären 0 Sterne) Den Besuch letzte Woche zum Frühstück werde ich lange nicht vergessen! Wir waren zu zweit Frühstücken und zu Beginn hat es uns gewundert da niemand gekommen ist um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, leider ist auf unserem Tisch das Schuld mit Selbstbedienung mit abgeräumt. Nachdem wir circa 15 Minuten dort gesessen sind ist zum Glück jemand gekommen und hat uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht in dem sie uns dieses Schild auf den Tisch gestellt hat. Wir sind also zur Bar bestellen gegangen durften dann unsere Bestellung gleich selbst mit zum Tisch nehmen nicht ohne zu dabei zu zusehen wie sich die Dame dort Handschuhe anzieht um unser Frühstück anzurichten. Während dem Anrichten hat sich die Dame glaube ich öfters in die Haare gegriffen und sich öfters die Nase gerieben als sie etwas zu essen angefasst hat. Am Tisch zurück durfte ich dann auch selbst noch von 3 Tischen Besteck, Servietten und Salz und Pfeffer holen. Leider habe ich erst am Tisch gesehen das auf meinem Teller noch Eigelb Reste klebten also wieder zur Bar und gefragt ob ich bitte einen neuen Teller haben könnte da dieser schmutzig ist, darauf wurde ich gefragt ob das den wirklich so schlimm wäre und dann wurde mein Frühstück auf einen anderen Teller geworfen und mir mit einem Kopfschütteln zurück gegeben. Als wir dann gegangen sind wollte ich noch Semmeln kaufen worauf hin mir der Mitarbeiter sagte sie haben leider keine Semmeln mehr. An einem Samstag. Um 9:30. In einer Bäckerei. Ich bin normalerweise von Qualität und Service bei der Firma Sorger begeistert und besuche die Geschäfte gerne. In dieses Lokal setze ich sicher nie wieder einen Fuß. Ein Stern ist für dieses Filiale noch zu gut! (tl:dr - Never have breakfast in this branch again! Rude, uncomprehending and unhygienic! 0 stars would be better) I will never forget last week's breakfast visit! There were two of us having breakfast and at the beginning we were surprised because nobody came to take our order, unfortunately the fault was cleared from our table with self-service. Luckily, after we sat there for about 15 minutes, someone came and drew our attention to it by putting this sign on the table for us. So we went to the bar to order and were then allowed to take our order to the table ourselves, not without watching the lady putting on gloves to prepare our breakfast. I think the lady often grabbed her hair during the serving and rubbed her nose when she touched something to eat. Back at the table I was allowed to get cutlery, serviettes and salt and pepper from 3 tables. Unfortunately, I only saw at the table that there were still egg yolks on my plate, so I went back to the bar and asked if I could have a new plate because it was dirty, I was asked if it was really that bad and then my breakfast was served thrown onto another plate and handed back to me with a shake of the head. When we left I wanted to buy rolls, whereupon the employee told me they unfortunately ran out of rolls. At a saturday. At 9:30. In a bakery. I am usually enthusiastic about the quality and service at the Sorger company and enjoy visiting the shops. I will definitely never set foot in this restaurant again. One star is still too good for this branch!

Das letzte Mal hatte ich einen Cappuccino, bei dem der Kaffee einfach verbrannt geschmeckt hat. Und heute hatte ich einen Iced Latte...das war eine Karaffe Milch mit Eiswürfeln drin. In den Filialen in der Innenstadt hats bisher immer gepasst I just can't get used to the branch on Wiener Strasse. The coffee just never fits. The last time I had a cappuccino, the coffee just tasted burnt. And today I had an Iced Latte...that was a carafe of milk with ice cubes in it. In the branches in the city center it has always worked out

Wirklich toll ist, dass die Filiale auch am Sonntag geöffnet hat - dies nutzen wir sehr oft - wer hat nicht gern frisches Brot & Gebäck am Frühstückstisch ? Beautiful & welcoming branch! The employees are always friendly, hard-working and quick! It's really great that the branch is also open on Sundays - we use this very often - who doesn't like fresh bread and pastries at the breakfast table ?

Der Herr und die Dame waren sehr nett. Selten so ein freundliches Personal getroffen. Werden auf alle Fälle wieder vorbeikommen. Macht weiter so. Very good coffee house. The rolls and the cappuccino were perfect. What also needs to be commended is the staff. The gentleman and lady were very nice. Rarely met such friendly staff. Will definitely come back again. Keep it up.
