Allerdings ist Frau Dr. Hesse sehr Herablassend, hochnäsig und hat nichts freundliches an Ihr. Man kommt sich sehr schäbig vor und fühlt sich absolut nicht wohl. You can't say anything negative about the competence. The reception is also very nice. Despite appointments, there is always a waiting time of at least two hours. However, Dr. Hesse is very condescending, snooty and has nothing friendly about her. You feel very shabby and you feel absolutely uncomfortable.

Das schlafgerät war auch super unkompliziert und wurde super erklärt. Der Doktor selber ist lustig und freundlich, kompetent und geht auf einen ein und fragt auch ob es e Fragen gibt und alles verständlich ist. Super nice, short waiting time, but every time that is needed is taken for patients. The sleeping device was also super uncomplicated and was explained very well. The doctor himself is funny and friendly, competent and responds to you and also asks if there are any questions and everything is understandable.

Sowohl meine 78jährige Mutter, meine 8jährige Tochter, als auch mein Mann und ich sind begeisterte Patient*innen. Manchmal kommt es zu längeren Wartezeiten, weil Fr. Dr. Hesse im Notfall auch sehr spontan am selben Tag noch einen Termin gibt (meiner Mutter und mir passiert) und selbst dann nimmt sie sich Zeit und untersucht gründlich. Sie selbst und ihre Assistentinnen sind nett und zuvorkommend. Die schlechten Bewertungen und die Aussagen Fr. Dr. Hesse wäre arrogant kann ich nicht verstehen. Ja, sie spricht Klartext, aber gerade das finden wir besonders angenehm. Von mir und meiner gesamten Familie 5 Sterne x 4 = 20 von uns! ? Danke für Ihre Unterstützung! You and your assistants are nice and courteous. The bad reviews and the statements from Dr. Hesse would be arrogant, I can't understand. Die Dame am Empfang (Steffi) ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Macht weiter so ? super Team ? Very good advice! Miss Dr. Hesse really takes a lot of time and tries very hard.
