K	Katrin Haas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich lnge Wartezeiten trotz Termin - 1 Rezept und Krankenstandsmeldung 1,5 std wartezeit.. 1 SPRITZE die ich alle 6 Wochen brauche.. 1,5 std Wartezeit.... Diesmal sollte ich nur kurz auf einen scan warten und musste plötzlich doch zum Arzt hinein. Sagte man mir nicht, nur dass ich kurz warten müsste wegen des scans der Bestätigung die ich brachte. Incredibly long waiting times despite appointment - 1 prescription and sick leave 1.5 hours waiting time .. 1 SYRINGE I need every 6 weeks .. 1.5 hours waiting time .... This time I should wait only a short time for a scan and suddenly had to Doctor inside. I was not told, only that I had to wait a moment because of the scans of the confirmation I brought.

Denn was die Beiden leisten , in Kauf nehmen "müssen " auf keine Kuhhaut geht und dabei meine ich nur mich persönlich ,denn auf Grund meiner Erkrankung ich fast täglich bei dem Herrn Dr. Paltram in der Ordination bin und eben diese besagten Damen immer ein offenes Ohr = Geduld ,haben für mich ! Einfach phantastisch !!! Ich leider nur DANKE sagen kann , aber das aus vollstem Herzen ! Ehrlich !!! Ein so unsagbar DANKBARER Patient Karl Sandheim Can only say that I am more than just thrilled by the receptionists! Because what the two of them can do, "have to" do not go on a cow's skin and I only mean myself personally, because due to my illness I see Dr. Paltram in the ordination and these women always have an open ear = patience for me! S	Simeun Pantelic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute 5 mal probiert anzurufen und die Ordination wahr kein einziges mall erreichbar. Dan bin ich hin gegangen und musste am Gang warten und keiner wußte wer zuletzt gekommen ist das ich meine reinfolge wissen könnte. Kein Personal die sich um die reinfolge kümmerten und kein ansprechpersohn. Zumschluss wurde nicht behandelt nach 40 Minuten warte Zeit. Nicht einmal ein Stern wert Tried to call 5 times today and the ordination was not available at a single mall. Then I went there and had to wait in the hallway and nobody knew who came last that I could know my following. No staff who took care of the sequence and no contact person. In the end there was no treatment after waiting 40 minutes. Not even worth a star
L	Laura M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war seit drei Jahren nicht im Krankenstand, ich nehme an, dass das auch eventuell dort im Computer ersichtlich ist. Ich rief an um zu fragen ob ich wegen starken Bauchschmerzen/ Durchfall einen Krankenstand übers Telefon eröffnen könnte, es hieß "nein, weil wir die Karte stecken müssen". Vor Ort wurde die Karte explizit! NICHT gesteckt wegen Corona, nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit samt Schmerzen war ich dran. Nie wieder! Und der etwas Jüngeren der beiden Rezeptions-Damen, blonden Haare (35-45? Jahre alt) würde etwas Empathie und ein Lächeln hier und da auch nicht schaden I haven't been on sick leave for three years, I suppose that this can also be seen on the computer there. I called to ask if I could open a sick leave over the phone because of severe stomach ache / diarrhea, it said "no, because we have to insert the card". The map was made explicit on site! NOT stuck because of Corona, after 1.5 hours of waiting including pain, it was my turn. Never again! And the slightly younger of the two receptionists, blond hair (35-45? Years old), a little empathy and a smile here and there wouldn't hurt either
P	Patrycja Jablonka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anfang des Jahres hatte ich längere Zeit Kopfschmerzen, habe probiert jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen damit ich einen Termin ausmachen kann, leider jedes Mal vergeblich. In der Ordination herrscht ein Chaos, keiner weiß wer jetzt an der Reihe ist, es gibt keine Ansprechsperson, jeder muss aus dem Flur warten, bei der Glocke hebt auch keiner ab, es kommen irgendwelche Leute die sich vordringen und das Personal akzepitiert das ohne Probleme. Nach 1,5 Stunde Wartezeit dürfte ich endlich in die Ordination rein. Die unfreundliche und unkompetente Empfangsbestie sagte nur: kommen Sie um 11 Uhr wir müssen Corona Test machen. Ich dachte ich höre nicht richtig habe jetzt 1,5 Stunde um sonst gewartet?! Was für einen Kranke Praxis. Heute musste ich wieder dort hingehen wegen kontrolle weil mein Hausarzt auf Urlaub ist und der Doktor Paltram die Vertretung ist. 6 Mal habe ich probiert jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen um einen Termin auszumachen, 40 Minuten gewartet und nicht ein Mal in die Ordination reingekommen. Wenn jemand Krank ist und einen Arzt braucht, dann lieber einen großen Bogen machen, hier findet men keine Hilfe, außer man ist gesund hat Zeit und unendliche Geduld. So eine Praxis gehört geschlossen. At the beginning of the year I had a headache for a long time, tried to reach someone by phone so I could make an appointment, unfortunately each time in vain. After waiting for an hour and a half, I can finally get into the ordination. The unfriendly and incompetent reception beast only said: come at 11 a.m. we have to do a corona test. I thought I can't hear properly, I waited 1.5 hours for otherwise ?! What a sick practice. Today I had to go there again for a check-up because my family doctor is on vacation and Doctor Paltram is the substitute. I tried 6 times to reach someone by phone to make an appointment, waited 40 minutes and never came into the ordination once. If someone is sick and needs a doctor, it is better to steer clear of the situation, there is no help here unless you are healthy and have time and endless patience. Such a practice should be closed.
D	Der Arkhamknight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Arzt, aber wenn mein Corona Test positiv ist dann wäre das lieb wenn sie mir das beim nächsten Mal mit etwas mehr Diskretion sagen würden, muss ja ned jeder indirekt mitbekommen. Great doctor, but if my corona test is positive then it would be nice if you would tell me the next time with a little more discretion, not everyone has to know indirectly.

Die Wartezeit ist gerade in der Covid-Zeit manchmal länger, dafür bekommt man Rezepte jetzt auch elektronisch per Mail und muss dafür nicht mehr in die Ordination.
