Z	Zoey Zoey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Wochen versuche ich mir bei dem Arzt einen Termin auszumachen!!! Es wird NIE abgehoben!!!! Ich bin berufstätig und habe auch nicht den ganzen Tag Zeit anzurufen!! Bei anderen Ärzten funktioniert eine Terminvereinbarung problemlos! Man ruft an und hat 2 Minuten später einen Termin. Hier braucht man für einen Termin 18 Versuche um durchzukommen! Wäre der Arzt nicht so super, wäre ich schon lange bei einem anderen. Aber ich muss mir das noch überlegen, ob mir der Arzt diese Ärgerlichkeiten wert ist.. For weeks I've been trying to make an appointment with the doctor! It is NEVER picked up !!!! I work and I don't have all day to call !! With other doctors, making an appointment works without any problems! You call and have an appointment 2 minutes later. Here you need 18 attempts for an appointment to get through! If the doctor weren't so great, I'd have been with someone else for a long time. But I still have to think about whether the doctor is worth this annoyance to me.
D	Dajana Dobro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr lieber Arzt der sich gerne für einen Zeit nimmt. Die Damen am Empfang sind ebenfalls sehr nett, flink und organisiert. Very nice doctor who likes to take his time. The ladies at reception are also very nice, quick and organized.
H	Herbert Schardl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War am Montag beim Arzt wegen Fieber und Krankmeldung. Eintritt war bei grippeähnlichen Symptomen untersagt. Es wurde auf Tel. Kontaktaufnahme hingewiesen. Habe 3 tagelang versucht anzurufen, es wurde aber nicht abgehoben, bzw gleich wieder aufgelegt. Habe jetzt 3 unentschuldigte Tage. Vielen Dank!! Went to the doctor on Monday because of fever and sick leave. Entry was prohibited in case of flu-like symptoms. It was pointed out that contact was made by phone. Tried calling for 3 days but didn't pick up or hung up right away. Got 3 unexcused days now. Many Thanks!!
M	Mickael W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter Doktor aber Erreichbarkeit ist einfach eine Frechheit! Ich weiß, dass es in dieser Zeit extrem schwer sein muss als oder für einen Arzt zu arbeiten. Aber die Leute 2 Tage lang je 15x anrufen zu lassen für eine Krankmeldung ist einfach frech! Mittlerweile kommt man garnicht mehr durch. Hatte es sogar 2x, dass abgehoben und sofort wieder aufgelegt wurde. Das geht in meinen Augen garnicht! Very good doctor but availability is just a joke! I know that during this time it must be extremely difficult to work as or for a doctor. But to have people call 15 times for 2 days to report sick is just cheeky! In the meantime you can't get through any more. It even had 2x that was picked up and immediately hung up again. That doesn't work in my eyes!
