V	Verena L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir vor 3 Monaten online einen Termin vereinbart. Kam heute 5 Minuten vor Termin zur Ordination und fand eine sehr lange Warteschlange vor der Ordination vor. Ein Dame hat schon verzweifelt an der Tür geklingelt, und es hat niemand aufgemacht. Nach ca. 5 Minuten hat sich endlich eine Sprechstundenhilfe via Gegensprechanlage gemeldet und gemeint es kann leider noch etwas dauern, wie lange kann sie nicht sagen. Einfach eine Frechheit, wofür gibt es hier Termine??? Vor allem waren vor der Ordination mehrere ältere Leute, die nicht einmal einen Sitzplatz hatten. Ich habe für mich beschlossen nicht zu warten, denn dafür ist mir meine Zeit zu kostbar. Meiner Meinung nach ist hier Terminkoordination eine große Schwachstelle, zum Arzt selbst kann ich ja nichts sagen, da ich ihn nie gesehen habe. I made an appointment online 3 months ago. Came to the ordination 5 minutes before the appointment today and found a very long queue in front of the ordination. A lady desperately rang the doorbell and nobody answered it. After about 5 minutes, an office hour helper finally reported via the intercom and said it could unfortunately take a while, how long she cannot say. Just a joke, why are there appointments here ??? Above all, there were several elderly people in front of the ordination who did not even have a seat. I have decided not to wait for myself, because my time is too precious for that. In my opinion, coordinating appointments is a major weak point here. I can't say anything to the doctor himself, as I've never seen him.

Er hat mich ausreden nicht gelassen, ich hatte große Hautausschlag in ganze Körper und auf meinem Gesicht und hat nichteinmal richtig geschaut. Ich wollte ihm noch sagen, dass mein Kopfhaut immer trocken ist und juckt. Könnte ich aber nicht, weil schnell, schnell sie wegschicken, und andere Patientin nehmen. Ich wollte, dass er mir Blut nimmt und Test macht für Allergien. Natürlich hat nein gesagt, weil er hatfur sowas kein Lust. Ich hab ihm auch erzählt, dass ich früher lange Jahren Tabletten für Histamin Intoleranz genommen habe. Er hat so unfreundlich lächelnd gesagt, dass er mir nicht glaubt, weil vor 20Jahren war sowas nicht, dass es ein schwere Kontrolle ist. Ich war einmal dort und das war auch mein letztes mal. Ich suche andere Hautarzt. Very, very unfriendly doctor. He didn't let me finish, I had a large rash all over my body and face and didn't even look properly. I wanted to tell him that my scalp is always dry and itchy. But I couldn't, because quickly, quickly send her away and take another patient. I wanted him to take my blood and test for allergies. Of course he said no because he doesn't feel like doing that. I also told him that I used to take pills for histamine intolerance for many years. He said with such an unfriendly smile that he doesn't believe me, because 20 years ago it wasn't like that, that it is difficult to control. I was there once and that was also my last time. I am looking for another dermatologist.

Bitte für die Zukunft das mit dem Assistentin zu besprechen!! Dear Dr Jochmann, unfortunately I was turned down by your assistant, although we had agreed that I only needed to call for pills!! Please discuss this with the assistant for the future!!

Bei keinem Arzt ist mir bisher ein derart respektloses Verhalten zuteil geworden - würde jedem wärmstens empfehlen, sich einen Hautarzt mit einer anständigen Ordination zu suchen! Reaktion auf Antwort von 'Inhaber': Anstatt auf mein separates Schreiben via E-Mail zu antworten & den klärenden Dialog zu suchen, wird hier lieber, wenn dann mal die bittere Rezension da ist, öffentlichkeitswirksam Klärungsbereitschaft vorgeheuchelt, die man sich schon in den Gesprächen zuvor gewünscht hätte - indem man das Telefonat mit dem Patienten beispielsweise nicht durch plumpes Auflegen unterbricht. Vielen Dank, aber ich verzichte auf diese erbärmliche Geste.. The ordination assistant is extremely incompetent, unfriendly and lazy! I have never seen such disrespectful behavior with any doctor - I would warmly recommend everyone to look for a dermatologist with a decent ordination! Reaction to answer from 'owner': Instead of answering my separate letter via e-mail & looking for a clarifying dialogue, when the bitter review is there, it is preferred to pretend willingness to clarify in public, which is already evident in the conversations would have wished beforehand - by not interrupting the phone call with the patient, for example by clumsily hanging up. Thank you very much, but I will forego this pathetic gesture ..
T	The_ Time_Change on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jochmann ist meines Erachtens nach ein sehr guter und erfahrener Diagnostiker, seine ihm eigene Art mag polarisieren - ich habe mich während der Behandlung gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kann nur das Beste berichten. Die direkte, kantige, für einen Arzt unübliche Art seines Wesens macht ihn zu einem im wahrsten und positiven Wortsinne "merk - würdigen" Menschen... Danke Doc, alles gut, gerne wieder.... ;) Dr. In my opinion, Jochmann is a very good and experienced diagnostician, his own nature may polarize - I felt in good hands during the treatment and can only report the best. The direct, angular, unusual nature of his being for a doctor makes him a "remarkable" person in the truest and positive sense of the word ... Thank you Doc, everything is fine, gladly again ...;)
L	Lang Gabriele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach eine Frechheit. Bin seit ich denken kann dort Patientin. Hätte heute mit meinem Sohn einen Termin gehabt den wir schon seit Mai hatten. Muss dazu sagen das ich vor 10 Jahren Hautkrebs hatte und deshalb alle 6 Monate zur Kontrolle muss. Blutabnahme zwecks Tumormarker, Ultraschall der Lymphe und dann das Body Mapping bei dr.Jochmann. Habe vor 14 Tagen angerufen ob es möglich wäre mir die Überweisungen für die Untersuchungen per Mail zu schicken. Wurde auch so gemacht. Weder beim Labor noch beim Ultraschall hat man mich nach einem 2G Nachweis gefragt. Als ich heute bei Dr. Jochmann ankam sah ich schon das Schild pcr Test oder Impfung. Am Schalter angekommen wurde ich danach gefragt. Ich verneinte da ich dies bei keinem anderen Arztbesuch benötigt habe. Daraufhin wurde mir und meinem Sohn die Behandlung verweigert. Begründung, ich hätte ja am Telefon danach fragen müssen. Mein Sohn hat noch immer schmerzen und war sehr enttäuscht da wir schon lange auf den Termin gewartet haben. So ein Inkompetentes Personal hab ich noch nirgends gesehen. Unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr, sowas gehört an die Öffentlichkeit, wenn schon 2 G dann sollte man die Leute die einen Termin haben darüber informieren da es auch Ärzte gibt die einen ohne. Nachweis behandeln. Eine absolute Frechheit. Just a cheek. Have been a patient there for as long as I can remember. Had an appointment with my son today that we had since May. I have to say that I had skin cancer 10 years ago and therefore have to have a check-up every 6 months. Blood sampling for the purpose of tumor markers, ultrasound of the lymph and then the body mapping at Dr Jochmann. I called 14 days ago if it would be possible to email me the transfers for the examinations. Was made that way too. Neither the laboratory nor the ultrasound asked me for 2G proof. When I was with Dr. Jochmann arrived I saw the sign pcr test or vaccination. When I arrived at the counter, I was asked about it. I said no, as I didn't need this on any other visit to the doctor. As a result, I and my son were refused treatment. Reason, I should have asked about it on the phone. My son is still in pain and was very disappointed as we had been waiting for the appointment for a long time. I have never seen such incompetent staff anywhere. Unfriendly until it is no longer possible, something belongs to the public, if already 2 G then you should inform the people who have an appointment about it because there are also doctors who do not. Handle evidence. An absolute cheek.
G	Gerald Kummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Vorfeld gehört erwähnt, dass ich ( war) schon seit 40 Jahren fast jährlich zur Muttermaluntersuchung bei Dr. Jochmann. Schon am Empfang bin ( mit einem negativen PCR TEST) kopfschüttelnd gerade noch dran gekommen aber was mir beim Jochmann passiert ist übertrifft alles was ich jemals erlebt habe. Nur weil ich nicht geimpft bin werde ich verbal von diesem "Arzt" voll attackiert. Ich war so perplex - im Nachhinein ärgert es mich, dass ich nicht gegangen bin. Nie nie wieder ( nach 40Jahren!!) As soon as I arrived at reception (with a negative PCR TEST) I just got there, shaking my head, but what happened to me at the Jochmann surpasses everything I have ever experienced. Just because I'm not vaccinated, I'm verbally attacked by this "doctor". I was so perplexed - looking back, I'm upset that I didn't go. Never again (after 40 years!!) Jochmann
C	Chiara Digruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Familie und ich besuchen diese Ordination schon länger, doch nun werden wir uns eine Andere suchen! Die Ordinationsassistenz ist derartig unfreundlich! Wegen eines Akutfalles musste ich kürzlich die Ordination aufsuchen und aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit konnte ich somit keinen Pcr Test bei der Anmeldung vorweisen, sondern nur einen Selbsttest. Daraufhin wurde ist die Assistenz mir gegenüber sehr unfreundlich, ausfällig und respektlos geworden. Nach einer Diskussion musste ich vor der Ordination warten, bis ich aufgerufen wurde. Der Vertretungsarzt sah sich meinen Ausschlag nur von weitem an, gab mir noch nicht einmal eine Diagnose und schickte mich ratzfatz wieder weg. Da ich unwissend zuhause ankam, beschloss ich anzurufen und mir Klarheit über meine Hauterkrankung zu schaffen. Die Antwort der Ordinationsassistentin: „Woher soll ich das wissen, ich war nicht beim Doktor drinnen.“. Uns hat dieser Doktor das letzte Mal gesehen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit. My family and I have been attending this ordination for a long time, but now we will look for another! The ordination assistant is so unfriendly! Because of an acute case I recently had to go to the ordination and due to the short notice I was not able to present a Pcr test when registering, but only a self-test. As a result, the assistant became very unfriendly, abusive and disrespectful to me. After a discussion, I had to wait in front of the ordination to be called. The substitute doctor only looked at my rash from a distance, didn't even give me a diagnosis and sent me away in no time at all. Since I arrived home ignorant, I decided to call and clarify my skin condition. The ordination assistant's answer: "How should I know, I wasn't inside the doctor." This doctor saw us last. A bottomless cheek.
