G	Genc Islamaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich ging hin und meldete mich bei der Empfangsdame. Sie wirkte vorerst mal sehr unprofessionell und ungepflegt!! Obwohl mir sowas sehr egal ist und ich nicht nach dem äußeren bewerte! Da ich aus Italien bin, besitze ich eine andere Art der E-Card. Welches in Österreich ebenfalls gültig ist. Ich erwähnte, dass ich ein neuer Patient bin. Das schien ihr kaum zu stören! Als ich Ihr meine italienische E Card vor gezeigt habe, konnte sie nichts damit Anfangen! (Eben unprofessionell. Alle anderen Arztpraxen hatten nie Probleme damit) Sie händigte mir die Karte zurück und meinte: "Wir nehmen keine neuen Patienten mehr auf". Um sich Bürokratiearbeit zu sparen, antworten sie anscheinend gerne mit diesem Satz! I went and reported to the receptionist. At first she seemed very unprofessional and neglected !! Although I don't care a lot and I don't judge on the outside! Since I'm from Italy, I have a different type of e-card. Which is also valid in Austria. I mentioned that I am a new patient. That hardly seemed to bother her! When I showed her my Italian e-card, she couldn't do anything with it! (Just unprofessional. All other doctor's offices never had problems with it) She handed me the card back and said: "We are no longer accepting new patients". In order to save bureaucratic work, they seem to like to answer with this sentence!

Egyszeru kerdessel fordultam hozza, majd felajanlott 2 idopontot, mely nem felelt meg. Erre a valasza az volt hogy igy jartam. Majd csorgott a telefon es felvette. Onnantol kezdbe ram sem nezett. Elnezest, de etika szerint, a telefonalot kell hatterbe helyezni. Azt sem mondta viszlat. Neki ennyivel veget ert a beszelgetes. Nekem is. Eljottem, hiszen nem volt kivel beszeljek. Nagyon orulok, hogy mas orvosi rendelot valasztottam The receptionist's behavior was hiring. I say this with a few years of practice in reception in other countries. Tiszta váróterem fogadott, az asztalon több féle újság kikészítve, amivel kicsit kompenzálni akarják a várakozási időt. Minden magyar kint élőnek csak ajánlani tudom. Térd fájdalmakkal érkeztem hozzá. Megvizsgált és receptre felírt egy kenőcsöt amit, a rendelőtől nem messze lévő gyógyszertárba ki is tudtam váltani The Doctor is very kind and humane. His assistant and He both speak Hungarian. There was a clean waiting room, with a variety of newspapers on the table, to help with the wait. I can only recommend it to all Hungarians living outside. R	Racz Gergely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Doktorno valami fantasztikus. Olyanokra deritett fenyt, fedezett fel, amit 16 evi Angliaban elesem soran semelyik orvos nem ismert fel. Es ennek meg is lett az eredmenye. Rengeteg kivizsgalas, de ma uj ember vagyok. A Maria doktorno nagyon-nagyon alapos. Nagyon jo erzes, hogy ilyen kivalo orvos a haziorvosom. Az asszisztens egy tunemeny. Nagyon baratsagos, segitokesz. Csak ajanlani tudom. The Doctor is something fantastic. He discovered pine that had not been recognized by any doctor during the fall of 16 years in England. And that was the result. Lots of exams, but I'm a new person today. The Maria doctor is very, very thorough. It is very good that my GP is such an excellent doctor. The assistant is a tunemeny. She is very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend.

Az asszisztense is egy tünemény, mindig segítőkész, minden eddigi kérdésem/problémám esetén teljes körű segítséget nyújtott. Csak ajánlani tudom. Köszönöm szépen az eddigi munkájukat/segítségüket! / Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Arztin. Sie ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gründlich. Ihre Assistentin ist auch sehr nette Dame,Bei Allen Fragen oder Problemen hilft sie mir ganzheitlich. Ich kann nur empfehlen. Ich danke ihnen für ihre bisherige Arbeit/Hilfe! I am completely satisfied with the doctor. She is very kind, helpful and thorough. Her assistant is also a phenomenon, always helpful, she gave full help with all my questions / problems so far. Einziges was mich seit Anfang an gestört hat - mittlerweile habe ich mich dran gewöhnt - ist, dass die Assistentin jeden dutzt. Deswegen 1 punkt Abzug, weil ich der meinung bin, das sollte man erfragen, ob das gewollt ist I am delighted with Frau Doktor, she is human and listens to her patients. The only thing that bothered me from the start - I've gotten used to it now - is that the assistant calls everyone by the first name. That's why 1 point deduction, because I think you should ask if that's what you want
