N	Nikola Brzic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Doktor ist sehr gut aber die Empfangsdamen sind unkompetente, freche "Damen". Auf jede Frage gibt es nur dumme Antworten. Einmal ist mich die alte türkische "Dame" angegangen weil ich nach 4 Stunden gefragt habe wie lange es ca. noch dauern kann. Die beiden am Empfang glauben wirklich sie sind etwas ganz besonderes weil sie hinter einem Empfang sitzen dürfen. Ich werde meinen Hausarzt jetzt wechseln. Der Grund sind die Empfangsdamen! Eigentlich Schade.. Der Arzt ist wirklich Top. The doctor is very good but the receptionists are incompetent, cheeky "ladies". For every question there are only stupid answers. Once the old Turkish "lady" approached me because after 4 hours I asked how long it could take. The two at the reception really think they are special because they are allowed to sit behind a reception. I will change my family doctor now. The reason is the receptionists! Actually a pity .. The doctor is really top.
P	Pemela Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern bei Dr Lakani. Empfang seht nett jedoch der Arzt war sehr unfreundlich. Nimmt sich überhaupt keine Zeit. Ich kam wegen einer Nachbehandlung einer Lungenentzündung er sah sich nicht einmal meine Befunde an und meinte ich soll einfach die Medikamente weiter nehmen. Er will die Patienten so schnell wie möglich los werden. Frechheit. Nicht empfehlenswert! I went to see Dr Lakani yesterday. Reception looks nice but the doctor was very unfriendly. Takes no time at all. I came for follow-up treatment for pneumonia, he didn't even look at my results and said I should just keep taking the medication. He wants to get rid of the patients as soon as possible. Cheek. Not recommended!

Ich suchte einfach nur einen Arzt, der mich heute noch impft. Die Praxis wird übergangsmäßig geführt von einer jungen, freundlichen Ärztin. Die Arzthelferin ist auch sehr freundlich. Da geht man gerne hin. ? I was there for the first time today for a tick vaccination. I didn't know that Dr. Kassra Lakani has passed away. I was just looking for a doctor who will still vaccinate me today. The practice is temporarily run by a young, friendly doctor. The nurse is also very friendly. People like to go there. ?

Teilimpfung mit Astra Zeneca 6 Tage durchgehend Kopfweh und ging zum Arzt, um sicherzustellen, dass das eine "normale" Nebenwirkung ist. Laut Arzt sei dies erst ernst zu nehmen, wenn man die Rettung braucht und ich würde bloß an Informationüberfluss leiden ? Danke für Nichts. Unfriendly and arrogant. After my 2nd vaccination with Astra Zeneca I had a constant headache for 6 days and went to the doctor to make sure that this was a "normal" side effect. According to the doctor, this should only be taken seriously when the rescue is needed and I would just suffer from information overload ? Thanks for nothing.
w	warum nicht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mich telefonisch krank melden weil ich mich verkühlt habe. Das wird aber in dieser Ordination nicht akzeptiert. Nach Rücksprache mit der Krankenkasse und der Ärztekammer sollte dies aber möglich sein, da diese Aktion bis Ende Dezember verlängert worden ist. I wanted to call in sick because I had a cold. But that is not accepted in this ordination. However, after consultation with the health insurance company and the medical association, this should be possible, as this campaign has been extended until the end of December.
f	fatma- mohamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit dem dr Lakani gestorben ist, ist das kein ordentliche Arbeit hier. Die zwei Damen vorne wurden getauscht und die neuen können sich garnicht aus!! Der Patient hat aber nichts dafür wenn man was normals verlängert bekommt man nicht oder nach 3 Stunden was früher nicht so war! Einfach kaotisch Since the Dr Lakani died, this is not a decent work here. The two ladies in the front were swapped and the new ones can not get out !! But the patient does not have anything if you get something else's normals you do not get or after 3 hours what was not like that before! Simply caookic
A	Anna Bariton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das war der schlimmste Arztbesuch meines Lebens! Früher, beim Herrn Dr., war das eine gut geführte Praxis. Die Assistentinnen schrien Patientennamen (- Wer eine Blutprobe abgegeben hat und wer zu wenig Harn abgegeben hat - ) durch die Praxis und machen sich lustig, da ist nichts von Datenschutz zu merken. Das Telefon ignorierte eine Assistentin, bis sie auf ihrem Handy herumgedrückt hatte. Auf die Maske verzichteten beide weitgehend. Bei der Frau Dr. kam ich herein und als ich ihr sagte, dass ich vor 3 Tagen einen Tag Fieber hatte, stellte sie sofort die Diagnose Corona und meinte ich müsste zum Test und wielange ich eine Krankschreibung wollte. Ich hatte inzwischen ganz andere Symptome dazubekommen und meinte, dass es mir darum geht, dass ich Medikamente brauche, damit es mir besser geht und dass ich nicht da bin, um mir nur eine Krankschreibung abzuholen. Sie schrieb mir also ein paar Medikamente auf, hörte mir aber kaum zu, geschweige denn schaute sie mich in irgendeiner Form an. NIE WIEDER!!!! It was the worst doctor visit of my life! In the past, with Dr., it was a well-run practice. The assistants shouted patient names (- who gave a blood sample and who gave too little urine -) through the practice and made fun of them, there was nothing to remember about data protection. One assistant ignored the phone until she fiddled with her cell phone. Both largely dispensed with the mask. At the woman Dr. I came in and when I told her that I had a fever one day 3 days ago, she immediately diagnosed Corona and said I had to take a test and how long I wanted sick leave. In the meantime, I had completely different symptoms and said that it was important to me that I needed medication to get better and that I wasn't there just to pick up a sick note. So she wrote me down some medications, but she hardly listened to me, let alone looked at me in any way. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
