E	Evi Heim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ordination ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal wirkt kompetent. Einzelne Damen bei der Anmeldung könnten etwas freundlicher sein. Röntgenpersonal war neutral. Die Dame bei der Mammographie sehr freundlich. The ordination is very clean and modern. The staff is competent. Individual women when registering could be a little friendlier. X-ray staff was neutral. The lady at the mammography was very friendly.
M	Maria B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dies war jetzt mein 2. Besuch in der Praxis. DIe Ärzte sind sehr kompetent, die Assistentinen und vorallem die Damen an der Anmeldung unhöflich und unfreundlich. Eine Mitarbeiterschulung in Bezug auf Höflichgkeit und Freundlichkeit könnte ihnen nicht schaden. Wie es aussieht wurden diese Eigenschaften bestimmten Damen nicht in die Wiege gelegt. This was my second visit to the practice. The doctors are very competent, the assistants and especially the ladies at the registration desk are rude and unfriendly. Training staff on politeness and friendliness couldn't hurt them. It seems that certain women were not born with these qualities.
M	Monika Glombik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich, was ich von der MTA die mein Knie geröntgt hat nicht behaupten kann. Empathie ist ihr wohl ein Fremdwort. In einem Beruf mit viel Menschenkontakt ist Sie definitiv fehl am Platz. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, which I cannot say from the MTA who x-rayed my knee. Empathy is probably a foreign word to her. In a profession with a lot of human contact, it is definitely out of place.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, sowohl am Telefon bei der Terminvereinbarung als auch beim Besuch in der Radiologie. Es ging auch alles sehr effizient und professionell über die Bühne – ohne lange Wartezeiten! My wife and I have been there twice (once x-ray, once mammography). The entire staff is very friendly, both on the phone when making an appointment and when visiting the radiology. It was also very efficient and professional on the stage - without long waiting times!

Ich hatte große Angst und sie haben mir viel Mut gemacht und waren soooo nett.Danke an euch drei,die ihr heute so toll gewesen seid. The MRT team was fantastic today. I was very scared and they gave me a lot of courage and were soooo nice. Thanks to you three who have been so great today.
