Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren immer freundlich, die Wartezeiten wirklich kurz und die Ordination ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Nachbetreuung nach Abnahme der Zahnspange war sehr gut. Ich freue mich täglich über mein "neues" Lächeln. In den insgesamt 3 Jahren Behandlung war ich oft genug da, um die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen zu können. Ich komme immer noch gerne zur Mundhygiene, da diese hier wirklich sehr gründlich gemacht wird. I had a fixed brace from Dr. Ing. Hemma Strauss and was / I am completely satisfied. The staff were always friendly, the waiting times really short and the surgery is very bright and modern. The follow-up care after removal of the braces was very good. I am happy every day about my "new" smile. In the total of 3 years treatment, I was often enough to not understand the negative reviews here. I still like to go to the oral hygiene, because this is really done very thoroughly.

Die Ärztin schaute ihm nicht mal in den Mund (war eine Überweisung), da präsentierte mir die Assistentin bereits die Rechnung. Wir sind lachend gegangen. Ein anderer Arzt sagte, eine Zahnspange ist in seinem Fall nicht zwingend notwendig. Danke für nichts. Gut zu empfehlen, wenn man sein Geld los werden möchte. Was there with my son years ago. The doctor didn't even look into his mouth (was a transfer), when the assistant presented me with the bill. We went laughing. Another doctor said braces are not mandatory in his case. Thanks for nothing. Well recommended if you want to get rid of your money.

Die Empfangsdame ist sehr „resch“ und wirkt ständig überfordert, sehr schade, man fühlt sich nicht sehr wohl. The doctors are all very nice. I would not recommend oral hygiene, especially if you have periodontal problems, no deep cleaning, only superficial. The receptionist is very "resch" and always seems overwhelmed, a shame, you don't feel very comfortable.

Wurde gut aufgeklärt und informiert- während der Behandlung fühlte ich mich gut aufgehoben trotz meiner panischen Angst. Sehr bemüht zwecks Weiterbehandlung und Vorgehensweise! Ja, was soll ich sagen - 1a Team, professionell, kompetent - kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! I am an anxiety patient. Give this practice 5 stars plus!!! All very nice and emphatic. Was well explained and informed - during the treatment I felt in good hands despite my panic fear. Very hard for further treatment and procedure! Yes, what can I say - 1a team, professional, competent - I can only recommend it!
