Auf jede Frage antworte er mit, das müssen Sie nachlesen, das können Sie dem Akt entnehmen. Auf die Frage wieso ich dann überhaupt einen Anwalt brauche, wenn ich mir da sowieso die ganze Arbeit selbst antuen muss, antwortete er gereizt, so lass ich nicht mit mir reden gehen Sie hinaus. Wer sein Geld loswerden will und im Gegenzug dazu nichts bekommen will ist hier gut aufgehoben. Zusammengefasst: Sehr unprofessionell, sehr unfreundlich, gereizt und aggressiv. Ich denke in dem hohen Alter in dem der Herr Gloss sich befindet, sollte man keine Tätigkeit ausführen in dem man Kontakt zu anderen Menschen hat. I was referred to the office because Mr. Gloss did not seem to have dealt with the act (this was about 6 months before). He answers every question with, you have to read that, you can see that in the act. When asked why I need a lawyer at all, if I have to do all the work myself anyway, he replied irritably, so I won't let anyone talk to me. If you want to get rid of your money and don't want to get anything in return, you are in good hands here. In summary: very unprofessional, very unfriendly, irritable and aggressive. I think in the old age in which Mr. Gloss is, you should not do any work in which you have contact with other people.
