Dr. Harald Manfreda - Ernst-Melchior-Gasse 10

Nach meinem Umzug benötigte ich einen neuen Hausarzt und bin auf die Praxis von Dr. Manfreda gestoßen. Ich bin nun seit einem Jahr bei Ihm und muss sagen dass er wirklich ein sehr toller Arzt ist, welcher stets bemüht ist. Er nimmt sich die Zeit auf einen Patienten einzugehen und mögliche Lösungen zu finden. Er hört einem gut zu und zeigt, dass man nicht nur eine Nummer ist. Die Wartezeit ist immer anders, jedoch habe ich nie mehr als 40 Minuten warten müssen. Die Assistentin am Empfang ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann seine Praxis nur weiterempfehlen!

Bisher war mein Erfahrung beim Dr Manfreda jedes mal sehr angenehm und lief immer sehr Professionell ab. Von die Empfangsdame bis zu die Assistentin bei der Blutabnahme ist jeder äußerst höflich und bemüht gewesen. Der Herr Doktor nimmt auch die Zeit alles in Ruhe zu Erklären und man fühlt sich gut beraten. Habe mich bisher nicht gezwungen gefühlt oder falsch beraten. Noch dazu während der Pandemie finde ich, dass die sehr gut umgestellt haben auf telefonische Terminvereinbarungen was zu kurze Wartezeiten führt und wenige Anhäufung von Menschen im Warteraum. Danke, dass ihr alle sehr bemüht sind.

War heute das erste Mal dort. Netter Arzt und nette Ordinationshilfe. Ca 12 Leute vor mir - 1Std. 30 Min. Wartezeit. Ist im Rahmen, find ich.

Wartezeit von min 1h und das Arztgespräch findet im Wartezimmer mit zehn anderen Patienten statt. Ein wenig unangenehm vorallem wenn es um sensibele Gesundheitsinformationen geht. Zudem wurde die Diagnose nicht vom zuständigen Arzt durchgeführt, sondern von Sekretärin.

Competent and friendly doctor and staff

I'm very satisfied with our general practitioner, Dr. Manfreda. He used to be kind and professional. He speaks perfect English, he explains me ways everything and his treatments always work. His nurse is a wonderful lady, also speaking very good English, she is kind, empathetic and patient.

A very competent, exceptionally knowledgable, highly meticulous doctor. I completely randomly found Dr. Manfreda (choosing a name, half way between A-Z on the Artz directory- yes THAT randomly!) when I moved to Vienna and for the next 4 years, during my stay, he was my GP. He was the first to correctly diagnose me with a very rare condition and refer me to a specialist. Such diagnosis (and very speedy treatment and recovery) could have only happened in Austria, and sadly, never with the NHS. For years with the NHS, nobody had ever picked up on this condition that ultimately led to me having a serious Head and Neck surgery. Being an atypical patient of what was already a rare disease got me misdiagnosed by a self-proclaimed specialist (whom in hindsight, i should have escalated a complaint and possibly sue them). It took another 2 specialists and a surgery to finally sort this out, for good. Dr. Manfreda was the first who got it absolutely right and who insisted I acted upon this. Not speaking German and having to deal with this was not easy. However Dr. Manfreda spoke excellent English, my -many- interactions with him were always positive, I cannot recommend him highly enough (especially for non-German speakers), and ultimately I will be for ever grateful to him for the diagnosis and critical and timely advice.
