E	Emi i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmste Praxis die ich je besucht habe. 5 Patienten vor mir nach 1 Stunde 50 Minuten warte ich immer noch. Komischer weise sind immer noch 5 Patienten vor mir dran. Es kommen ständig Leute rein die bevorzugt und früher dran genommen werden. Wenn ich mit hohem Fieber zum Arzt gehe, dann will ich auch schnellstmöglich wieder ins Bett und nicht den halben Tag in der Praxis verbringen! Anscheinend haben Patienten denen es super gut geht und nur E-Card Urlaub brauchen Vortritt um den Tag genießen zu können. Nie wieder! Worst practice I've ever visited. I am still waiting 5 patients in front of me after 1 hour 50 minutes. Strangely enough, there are still 5 patients in front of me. People keep coming in who are preferred and taken earlier. If I go to the doctor with a high fever, I want to go back to bed as soon as possible and not spend half a day in the practice! Apparently, patients are doing super well and only need e-card holidays to have the right to enjoy the day. Never again!

Ordination ist zwar immer überfüllt, aber Dr.Dworsak nimmt sich für jeden Patienten Zeit und lässt sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Daher muss man auch mit längeren Wartezeiten rechnen. Ich hab auch schon mit Patienten im Wartezimmer gesprochen die nicht aus dem selben Bezirk kommen sondern extra weiter anreisen. Warum dieses? Also muss was dran sein das Sie gut ist Auch bei Hausbesuchen gibt es keine Probleme und Sie nimmt sich Zeit alles zu regeln und zu erklären. Ich sage nur Gott sei Dank das ich diese Ärztin gefunden habe!!. Best doctor I have ever had. Ordination is always overcrowded, but Dr. Dworsak takes time for every patient and cannot be disturbed. Therefore, you have to expect longer waiting times. I have already spoken to patients in the waiting room who do not come from the same district, but travel even further. Why this? So there has to be something that is good for you There are also no problems with home visits and she takes the time to regulate and explain everything. I just say thank god that I found this doctor !!.
A	Andrea Grausenburger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetent, freundlich, ruhig und gute Diagnostikerin. Geht auf die persönliche Krankengeschichte ein und sieht die nötigen Zusammenhänge. Dementsprechend werden meist wirksame Medikamente und keine "Kästchenhüter" verschrieben. Die Sprechstundenhilfe arbeit effizient und meistert stressige Situationen bravourös. 1 Stunde Wartezeit ist auszuhalten. Die Corona-Regelung mit vorheriger Terminvereinbarung führt zu weniger Menschen im Wartezimmer, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Ordination könnte vielleicht etwas gemütlicher sein. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau... Competent, friendly, calm and good diagnostician. Go into your personal medical history and see the necessary connections. Accordingly, effective drugs and not "box-keepers" are usually prescribed. The office hours help work efficiently and master stressful situations brilliantly. 1 hour waiting time is bearable. The corona regulation with prior appointment arrangement leads to fewer people in the waiting room, which is very pleasant. The ordination could perhaps be a little more comfortable. But that's whining on a high level ...
C	Cornelia Hobel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin is super lieb, aber seit die Silvia nichtmehr da ist, sind die sprechstundenhilfen eine katastrophe. Heben nie ab und wenn sie abheben hauen sie dich in die warteschleife und lassen die dort über eine halbe Std drinnen bis man von selber auflegt. Wahnsinn und das nur wenn man wichtige Medikamente braucht! The doctor is super nice, but since Silvia is no longer there, the office hours have been a disaster. Never take off and when they take off they put you in the waiting loop and leave them in there for over half an hour until you hang up by yourself. Madness and only when you need important medication!
S	Sladjana Ranic-Dimoski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde sie toll. Wartezeit ist mindestens 2 Stunden. Die andere Damen sind unfreundlich, aber es kann sein, weil sie zu schnell arbeiten müssen. Aber sie lachen, so dass alles nicht so schlimm sein ? muss Ärztin ist sehr nett und nimmt sich die Zeit. Auch wenn sie Hausbesuche macht, macht sie in Ruhe und mit dem ❤ !!! Andere Ärzte die ich sah, kommen, nur fragen und gehen weiter. Also, schade dass sie jetzt zu hat :( Gute Besserung!!!! I like her alot. Waiting time is at least 2 hours. The other ladies are rude, but it may be because they have to work too quickly. But they laugh so that everything doesn't have to be so bad ? The doctor is very nice and takes the time. Even when she makes house calls, she does it in peace and with the ❤ !!! Other doctors I saw come, just ask and move on. So, it's a shame that it is closed now :( Get well!!!!
G	Gwerder Erik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich war heute , den 18.02.2022 bei Frau Doktor Dworsak , wo ich bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden war , meine Krankenstandzettel abzuholen und mich Gesund zu schreiben. Da war ein , mir unbekannter, offensichtlich neuer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und ich sagt ihm ich brauche den Zettel mit der Abschreibung von heute. Das tat er auch und er sagte die Frau Dr. Dworsak müsse ihn noch unterschreiben. Im Wartezimmer waren 5Leute Nach einer Dreiviertel Stunde!!!!!!!!! war der unfähige nicht in der Lage den Zettel von Frau Dr. unterschreiben zu lassen!! Das Tel war ihm wichtiger !!! Ich fragte ihm dass es das nicht sein kann auf eine Unterschrift so lange zu warten und er meinte er habe einen Stress!!! Ich sagte ok er solle ihn mir Mailen und er fragte nach der Mailadresse die ich ihm gab So und bis jetzt , Sie schlisst um 16,30. jetzt ist es 17.00 kein Mail von ihm!! Dass so wertlose in einer Praxis arbeiten verwundert mich sehr der könnte nicht mal wo sein wo Sie putzen Ich werde wohl einen anderen Arzt jetzt besuchen wo ein so wertloser nicht in der Rezeption sitzt!!!! Ja das ist die Dienstleistung von heute Lauter Taugenichts!!! So today, February 18th, 2022, I was at Dr. Dworsak's, where I have always been very satisfied, picking up my sick leave slips and writing me down as healthy. There was an obviously new employee at the reception, unknown to me, and I told him I need the slip of paper with today's write-off. He did that too and he said that Dr. Dworsak has yet to sign it. There were 5 people in the waiting room After three quarters of an hour!!!!!!!!! was the incompetent unable to take the note from Dr. to get signed!! The phone was more important to him !!! I asked him that it can't be waiting for a signature for so long and he said he was stressed!!! I said ok to email it to me and he asked for the email address I gave him So and until now, it closes at 16.30. now it's 5pm no mail from him!! It amazes me that such worthless people work in a practice, it couldn't even be where you clean I will probably visit another doctor now that such a worthless one is not sitting in the reception!!!! Yes, that's the service of today, all good-for-nothing!!!
S	Sabine Seiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahnsinnig nette Mitarbeiter, leider manchmal längere Wartezeit, solange man nur ein Rezept oder Überweisung braucht geht's eh schnell!! Sehr viele Patienten, weshalb beim Arzt-Besuch öfter meine Anliegen untergehen, sonst bin ich ganz zufrieden!! Insanely nice employees, unfortunately sometimes longer waiting times, as long as you only need a prescription or referral, it's quick anyway!! A lot of patients, which is why my concerns are often lost when I visit the doctor, otherwise I'm quite satisfied!!
