 The Mr. Dr. is a very nice and good doctor. But the receptionist should react to the word "goodbye".

In my opinion, the BEST family doctor in Vienna! ... with appointment always on time and without appointment you never wait more than 5 minutes and I have been here for about 4 years. Doctor does exactly what he should do without much unnecessary frills! Top receptionists and most important TOP doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sprechstundenhilfe ist unglaublich freundlich (obwohl sie immer alleine ist). Auch wenn sehr viel los ist, verliert sie die Geduld nicht, bleibt immer ruhuig und hilfsbereit. Und Herr Dr.lutnik ist der beste arzt in wien,den ich je erlebt habe. Sind jetzt seit 5 oder 6 Jahren bei ihm. Er ist ein guter Diagnostiker, schnell, freundlich und verschreibt nicht-wie viele andere - sofort Antibiotika sondern erst dann, wenn es wirklich nötig ist.
The office hours help is incredibly friendly (although she is always alone). Even when there is a lot going on, she does not lose her patience, always remains calm and helpful. And Dr Lutnik is the best doctor I have ever seen in Vienna. Have been with him for 5 or 6 years now. He is a good diagnostician, quick, friendly and does not - like many others - prescribe antibiotics straight away, but only when it is really necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute zum ersten Mal die Ordination besucht. Ich musste keine 5 Minuten warten und war auch nach kurzer Zeit wieder draußen. Dr Lutnik erschien mir schnell und effizient. Die Sprechstundenhilfe ist äusserst freundlich.
Visited the ordination for the first time today. I didn't have to wait 5 minutes and was out again after a short time. Dr Lutnik seemed quick and efficient to me. The receptionist is extremely friendly.
