Leicht, mit den Öffis erreichbar. einfache Terminvereinbarung, sehr zuvorkommender Angestellter, der sich unglaublich viel Zeit nimmt. Alles sehr hygienisch, es wird alles desinfiziert. Die Beratung dauerte eine Stunde und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Man ist keine Nummer sondern fühlt sich als Kundin wie eine Königin. Ich empfehle jedem, der Brillenträger ist, einen Termin dort zu machen und die preisgünstigen Angebote zu nützen. Ersparnis zu meinen anderen Brillen, rund 260€ Freu mich schon auf meine neue Brille! Incredibly hard-working optician. Friendly atmosphere, nice business. Easily accessible by public transport. easy appointment, very courteous employee who takes an incredible amount of time. Everything is very hygienic, everything is disinfected. The consultation lasted an hour and left nothing to be desired. You are not a number but as a customer you feel like a queen. I recommend everyone who wears glasses to make an appointment there and take advantage of the inexpensive offers. Savings on my other glasses, around 260 € I'm looking forward to my new glasses!
F	Frau Muster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmöglich und nie wieder Leider ist die Vergabe von O Sternen nicht möglich. Die Kontaktaufnahme, egal ob für eine Terminvereinbarung, Nachfrage oder Reklamation ist nur über Mail möglich. Telefonnummer gibt es keine. Terminvereinbarungen, Rechnungserstellung, Reklamationen wird nur über Deutsche Hotline abgewickelt die keine Ahnung haben, was in Österreich vorgeht. Gemahnt wird man bevor man die Brille abgeholt bzw. probiert hat. Meine Brille wurde bestellt, ich wurde nicht informiert das Sie eingelangt ist, ich wurde zur Zahlung aufgefordert obwohl ich die Brille noch nicht mal probiert hatten, beim Abholen wurde festgestellt, dass die Brille nicht tragbar war, da ich nichts scharf sah, die Brille wurde reklamiert und alles ging von vorne los. Bestellen, nicht informiert werden, aber ganz wichtig, man soll sofort alles bezahlen obwohl das Unternehmen seinen Vertrag (eine Brille herzustellen mit den richtigen Dioptrien) nicht eingehalten wurde. Vertrag wurde storniert. Dort bekommt man einfach keine gute Brille mit guten Service. Impossible and never again Unfortunately, the award of O stars is not possible. Order, not be informed, but very important, you should pay for everything immediately even though the company has not kept its contract (to manufacture glasses with the correct diopters). Contract has been canceled. You simply cannot get good glasses with good service there.

Der äusserst kundenfreundliche Umgang hat mich dazu veranlasst, eine TOP-BEWERTUNG abzugeben! Grosses Lob!!! At brillen.at in the 4th district I was given extremely competent advice and examination today, and I was able to choose two frames without any time pressure. d	dieter m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolute zeitverschwendung; abgesehen davon, dass die auswahl an fassungen äusserst bescheiden ist, handelt es sich bei dem "tollen" angebot - beworben auf instagram etc - um absoluten bauernfang: die angebotenen brillen, 2 stück gleitsichtbrillen um 129.-€ kosten nach auswahl der fassung und der gläser, die nicht gerade panzerglasstärke haben 314,50 € plus fassung, die nicht im angebotssortiment enthalten ist; ein stück. ich bin wieder gegangen und habe keine brille gekauft. absolute waste of time; Apart from the fact that the selection of frames is extremely modest, the "great" offer - advertised on instagram etc - is an absolute farmer: the glasses on offer, 2 varifocal glasses cost € 129 after choosing the frame and the glasses that are not exactly tempered glass € 314.50 plus a frame that is not included in the range; one piece. I left again and didn't buy any glasses.

Preis wie im Internet versprochen. Great advice, large selection of frames in the 4th district. Glasses there after 16 days as promised. Has been adjusted and the invoice will only come in the post. Price as promised on the internet.
C	Christoph Ruip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute 2 Gleitsicht-Brillen bestellt und würde für die freundliche und kompetente Beratung 5 Sterne geben. 1 Stern Abzug gibt es für die magere Auswahl an Fassungen für die vom Aktionsangebot abgedeckte Classic-Kollektion (für Herren gab es 1 Metall-Fassung und 3 Kunststoff-Fassungen zur Auswahl). Und wenig begeisternd (für Kunden wie auch Angestellte) ist das bei meiner Bestellung nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionierende SMS-Bestell-Bestätigungs-System. Nachtrag 18.03.2022: Heute war die Rechnung in der Post - mit Rechnungsdatum 24.02.2022. Das letzte Mail von brillen.at war die Auftragsbestätigung, danach keine Info mehr und auch keine SMS. I ordered 2 varifocal glasses today and would give 5 stars for the friendly and competent advice. 1 star deducted for the meager choice of frames for the Classic collection covered by the promotional offer (for men there was 1 metal frame and 3 plastic frames to choose from). And not very enthusiastic (for customers as well as employees) is the SMS order confirmation system that didn't work properly when I placed my order. Addendum 03/18/2022: The invoice was in the mail today - with the invoice date 02/24/2022. The last email from brillen.at was the order confirmation, after that no more information and no SMS either.

Hab mich für eine Brille beraten lassen, die kam dann auch recht Zeitnah und passt absolut top. Zwar wurde auch bei mir eher abgebucht als die Brille da war, aber am Ende des Tages wollte ich die Brille ja auch haben, hat mich also nicht so gestört. Die Beratung war freundlich, super genau, komme gerne wieder. Perspective in everyday life I am absolutely satisfied and cannot complain. I got advice on glasses, they came in a timely manner and they fit absolutely perfectly. I was also debited earlier when the glasses were there, but at the end of the day I wanted the glasses too, so it didn't bother me that much. The advice was friendly, super accurate, and would be happy to come back.
