Nach 2 Wochen unerwarteter Anruf um sich nach meinem Wohlbefinden zu erkundigen, da ein Keim in der Harnkultur gefunden wurde. Bin sehr beeindruckt. Wärmstens zu empfehlen. Fast appointments. No waiting. Very nice courteous staff. Detailed medical discussion with Dr Kolarik. After 2 weeks an unexpected call to inquire about my well-being, as a germ was found in the urine culture. I am very impressed. Highly recommended.

Lediglich der Erfahrung von Dr. Huber ist es zu verdanken, dass ich jetzt noch gesund bin. Das Team nimmt ist kompetent und geht auf die persönlichen Umstände ein. Einfach perfekt. Appointments for acute complaints are very accommodating, thank you! No waiting times on site, thorough preliminary examination, very well organized, because there is always a lot going on here. Begonnen am Telefon, den Empfang, die Vorgespräche bis zur Untersuchung sind alle handelnden Personen sehr freundlich und kompetent. Auch die Untersuchung bei den Ärzten kann ich nur lobend hervorheben - sehr genau umfassend und die Ärzte nehmen sich Zeit um alle offenen Fragen zu beantworten. Auch das Zwischenmenschliche passt einfach - also ganz großes Lob und ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team. Kurz und gut - ich fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut. I can only say the best about the urology center. Starting on the phone, the reception, the preliminary discussions up to the examination, all the people involved are very friendly and competent. I can only praise the examination by the doctors - it is very detailed and the doctors take their time to answer all open questions. Even interpersonal relationships are just right - so big praise and a big thank you to the entire team. In short - I feel very well looked after and looked after.

A	Alex T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a borderline fraudulent practice, with questionable billing policies. I recommend to stay away if you are looking for a vasectomy (I visted several practices that do vasectomies in Vienna and picked the best one, this is NOT it). And especially stay away if you are a private patient. As a privately insured patient, you will be charged ~290 EUR total if you decide NOT to go through with your vasectomy at this practice after the preliminary discussion, just for a 20 minute discussion with Dr Huber's assistant and a urine test that you weren't even informed was necessary. So you pretty much, can not just go for the preliminary discussion to get a feeling for the doctor, because 1. The discussion is NOT even with the Doctor himself. 2. You will be charged for the urine test (100 EUR by the practice, + 40 EUR by the lab), and then when you decide to NOT do the vasectomy you will be sent another 150 EUR bill afterwards for the preliminary discussion. Their justification is that the 600 EUR vasectomy is split into 150 EUR for the discussion, and 450 for the surgery itself. This isn't explained clearly anywhere and it is borderline fraud, especially if you aren't a native German speaker. At no moment did the Dr's assistant tell me that I would be charged extra (290 EUR total) if I decided against doing the vasectomy. I don't mind paying this money, as long as it is transparent and clearly explained, especially hidden costs like these. The funniest thing after so many bills, is that I've never even met or heard from the Doctor himself, despite one the urine lab test showing positive for "Koagulase-negative Staphylokokken" (a private third-party lab sends the results to your home about a few days after the appointment). Dr Erik Huber (Urologenzentrum) never even bothered to get in touch with me about those urine test results, to let me know whether that result is normal or not. Stay away!
