★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde von meinem Vorgesetzten "motiviert" zu diesem Seminar und wenig begeistert, da ich Prozesse für was sehr trockenes gehalten habe. Tatsächlich hat dann die Trainerin ITIL total verständlich und interessant vermittelt. Kursraum und Pausenraum auch top.
I was "motivated" by my supervisor for this seminar and unenthusiastic as I have kept processes for something very dry. In fact, the trainer ITIL has completely understandable and interesting. Course room and break room also great.

I have already completed the ITIL v3 Expert and now the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition course at ITSM Partner. In addition to the highest level of professionalism and outstanding speakers, attention is always paid to practical relevance with numerous examples and an open discussion culture. The overall picture rounds off the relaxed atmosphere and the catering included in the price.
