F	Family Barberis - Vienna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a birthday party for my 10 year old son at Flip Lab for 6 children. It was a great choice. The time is set for 2 hours, 1 hour jumping and 1 hour eating and party room booking. The staff are super flexible, kind and informative, The start time is very strict but they book by hours or at 15 minutes intervals so this needs to be remembered when booking. The food was excellent, it's not your standard chicken nuggets and pommes frits, rather a higher quality and the kids really enjoyed it. Flip Lab Millennium is super clean which was great. The platform for parents to watch is great and also the flexibility of parents being able to take some photographs, although it was hard to get some good pictures in but only because of the children running around so much. The 4 star rating is for the general pricing, it is a bit of the pricey side for general visits but for the birthday party I found it good value for money and the children loved it. I am looking forward to going back to jump myself.

It was a drop-off party, so I can only rate on what I saw at the beginning, what I experienced at the end and the feedback I received from my 7,5 year old, but that should be enough for some to make an informed decision. I would not hesitate to book a party here for my kid in the future. He had a wonderful time and has already asked multiple upon multiple times to to back and it's only been five days. He was served food, but didn't eat it because he was too excited about the party, so I cannot comment on that. The check-in was easy, they checked for 3G which was excellent and responsible. Good on them! Helpful and courteous staff.
