Im Gegenteil, sie werden bei unangenehmen Untersuchungen angeschrien. Für mich und meine Kinder ist dieser Arzt gestorben und würde jedem raten sich einen anderen Arzt zu suchen The worst doctor ever. Doesn't take time for the patient. Diese haben es nicht geschafft, meine Konsultation im Urlaub als eine Vertretung auf meiner E-Card zu vermerken. Darauf hin war ich zuhause bei meinem HNO-Arzt gesperrt und musste 50 Euro zahlen. Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Bitten konnte die Sperre von den Damen nicht entfernt werden und es war auch keinerlei Kooperation da, sich bei der Krankenkasse genau zu informieren, um auch für spätere Fälle zu wissen, wie man mit so einem Fall umgeht. Die 50 Euro bekomme ich jetzt nicht mehr zurück. About the doctor, I would like to say nothing technically, but about the consultation hours. Der Arzt ist freundlich, bemüht und kompetent. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen Was received very kindly as an acute patient. The assistants are all very sensitive and take care of their patients. Total unfreundlich und ich wurde auch gleich weggeschickt obwohl ich eine akute Angina hatte und eine Überweisung von meine Hausarzt hatte der nicht mehr wusste was er tun soll weil kein Medikament bei mir funktioniert! Eine Arzt hab ich gar nicht gesehen! Bin dann zu Dr Schmidt gegangen und das war wohl die beste Enttscheidung! Pure disappointment! And that's where the assistant starts when she signs up! Totally rude and I was also sent away even though I had an acute angina and had a referral from my family doctor who did not know what to do because no drug works for me! I did not see a doctor! Then I went to Dr Schmidt and that was probably the best decision!

Erst nuschelte er irgendwas unverständliches vor sich hin - auf Anfrage erklärte er mir dann, meine Mandeln müssten wahrscheinlich raus.....die sind aber schon seit 40 Jahren draussen.....ein anderer HNO-Arzt bestätigte mir das auch - sie sind auch nicht nachgewachsen oder ähnliches - ich habe keine Mandeln, die man rausnehmen könnte !! 1star is actually too much for this doctor in my opinion. At first he mumbled something incomprehensible - on request he explained to me that my tonsils would probably have to get out ..... but they have been outside for 40 years ..... another ENT doctor confirmed that to me - she have not grown back or anything like that - I don't have any almonds to take out !!

Die vielen Ausrufezeichen auf den vielen Warnungen und Anweisungen zeigen die Distanz zum Kunden/Patienten. In my case, the doctor's competence was ok and friendly.
