Aussagen der Damen/Schwestern am Empfang: „Wenn sie gehen, werden sie wieder neu gereiht.“ (Auch wen man schmerzen hat und ein Schmerzmittel holen will) „Sie können nur mit Termin kommen.“ (Auch mit akuten Ohrenschmerzen) „Termine können nicht so kurzfristig ausgemacht werden.“ (Arzt: „Kontrolle in 2 Wochen.“) Der Arzt ist sehr gut. Waiting time 3-4 hours on average (with appointment!) Statements by the ladies / sisters at the reception: "If they leave, they will be re-ordered." (Even if you are in pain and want to get a pain reliever) "You can only come by appointment." (Even with acute earache) "Appointments can not be made at short notice." (Doctor: "Check in 2 weeks.") The doctor is very good.

Über den Arzt selbst lässt sich nichts Negatives sagen. Impossible long waiting times despite appointment. Absolutely incompetent, unorganized and unfriendly receptionist. (Kind erschrocken und verängstigt, da hätte man sich den Hörtest gleich sparen können) So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Arzt nett und kompetent. Aufgrund der Arzthelferin komme ich jedoch nicht wieder. Medical assistant (the one with the short hair) at the hearing test unfortunately completely out of place! Totally rude and rude to my child. Sogar in Ambulanzen kommen dringende Fälle vorher dran, nur nicht bei diesem Arzt. Die, die Termine haben, haben ja nix akutes, sondern nur Kontrollen oder dergleichen. Das gehört viel besser koordiniert. Dh mit Kontrolltermin nur Dienstags, freies Terminkontingent für Leute die am selben Tag anrufen usw. Noch dazu sind viel zu wenig Sitzplätze und es ist nicht möglich inzwischen die Ordination zu verlassen um in 1-2, 3 Stunden wiederzukommen. Außerdem sind die Damen vorne, besonders eine Dame, unfreundlich! Besser woanders hinfahren!! The waiting time is an absolute cheek! Especially for acute cases with pain, fever, etc. Even in ambulances, urgent cases are dealt with beforehand, just not with this doctor. Those who have appointments don't have anything acute, just checks or the like. That needs to be coordinated much better. Ie with a check-up appointment only on Tuesdays, free appointment quota for people who call on the same day, etc. In addition, there are far too few seats and it is not possible to leave the ordination in the meantime and come back in 1-2 or 3 hours. In addition, the ladies in front, especially one lady, are rude! Better go somewhere else !!

Dr. Posch ist ein sehr guter HNO-Arzt, nimmt sich wirklich Zeit für die Fragen und Probleme des Patienten, klärt diesen sehr umsichtig und kompetent auf. Ein Arzt, wie man sich's nur wünschen kann! Ein herzliches Dankeschön dem gesamten Team! Got an appointment twice at short notice. The two assistants were extremely friendly and helpful. A	Anton Esterl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mich sehr gut Beraten gefühlt. Nette Assistentinnen. Die Wartezeit betrug mit Termin bei mir nur 25 Minuten, eine komplett angemessene Zeit. Herr Dr. Posch nimmt sich Zeit, fragt genau nach und klärt einen gut auf. Die Corona Maßnahmen werden, soweit ich das gesehen habe, sehr gut eingehalten. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen. I felt very well advised. Nice assistants. The waiting time with my appointment was only 25 minutes, a completely reasonable time. Dr. Posch takes his time, asks carefully and explains you well. As far as I have seen, the Corona measures are being adhered to very well. I am very satisfied and can only recommend him.
