L	Lisa Caroline Krämmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde es extrem schade hier nur 2 Sterne geben zu können, da der Arzt unglaublich kompetent und sehr fachkundig ist. Wenn ich hier nur über die eigentliche Behandlung schreiben würde, gäbe es 5 Sterne. Der Arzt ist sehr empfehlenswert und kommuniziert sehr gut mit Patienten. Aber dennoch: Trotz Überweisung vom Hausarzt und mehrmaligen Versuchen einer telefonischen Terminvereinbarung wollte mich die Empfangsdame sofort wieder nach Hause schicken als ich in der Praxis ankam. Der Umgang am Empfang war unfreundlich und unsensibel. Natürlich habe ich mit Wartezeiten gerechnet, aber mich einfach sofort abweisen zu wollen, trotz starken Beschwerden, ist dreist. Nachdem ich mich letztendlich gegen die Empfangsdame durchsetzen konnte, musste ich gute 2 Stunden warten und konnte währenddessen beobachten, dass es wohl auch für viele andere schwierig sein muss einen Termin zu vereinbaren, da das Telefon pausenlos aber unbeantwortet klingelte. But still: Despite referral from the family doctor and repeated attempts by a telephone appointment, the receptionist wanted to send me back home immediately when I arrived in practice. The handling at the front desk was rude and insensitive. Of course, I expected to wait, but I just want to reject immediately, despite strong complaints, is bold. After I finally prevailed against the receptionist, I had to wait a good two hours and could meanwhile observe that it must be difficult for many others to make an appointment, as the phone rang incessantly but unanswered. Too bad.
E	Eva Fleischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute kurzfristig und rasch einen Termin bekommen obwohl ich zum 1 mal bei diesem Arzt war. Beide Assistentinnen waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mußte warten, konnte aber weggehen und bin dann gleich drangekommen. Der Arzt ist freundlich, kompetent und nimmt sich Zeit. Ich kann das Team wärmstens empfehlen. I had to wait, but I could leave and then I came straight. The doctor is friendly, competent and takes his time. I highly recommend the team.
E	Elena Ga. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einer der besten Ärzte, die ich kenne. Er nimmt sich für jeden einzelnen Patienten Zeit und hört ihnen zu. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass er einfach schnell die Patienten abarbeiten will. Da er sich für jeden Zeit nimmt, um richtige Diagnosen zu stellen, können auch nicht tagtäglich alle Patienten aufgenommen werden. Ich bin bereits seit 12 Jahren Patientin bei Dr. Glanzer und noch nie wurde ich in einem akuten kritischen Zustand nach Hause geschickt. Wenn die Gesundheit gefährdet ist, kann man immer am gleichen Tag im Wartezimmer warten. Klar ist, dass dies 1-2 Stunden dauern kann. In diesem Fall muss ich die Empfangsdame verteidigen, dieser ist es einfach nit möglich alle Patienten/innen aufzunehmen, die zum Beispiel keine Schmerzen haben. Die Assistentinnen sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Dr. Glanzer hat in meinen jungen Jahren als einziger Arzt eine langjährige Krankheit erkannt, was für sich spricht. Ich würde immer wieder zu diesem Arzt gehen, auch wenn man dafür eine längere Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen muss. One of the best doctors I know. Ich hatte in meinem Urlaub die Praxis aufsuchen müssen, da ich starke Beschwerden mit meinem Ohr hatte. Nach einem Anruf gab man mir gleich einen Termin zur Untersuchung. Dort wurde ich bestens beraten, durchgecheckt und man konnte tatsächlich die Entzündung beheben. Der Arzt verschrieb mir noch ein Spezialmittel welches in der Apotheke hergestellt wurde. Einfach top und mit Abstand der beste HNO Arzt den ich bisher hatte. Hi there, I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I just have to highlight the practice. I had to go to the practice on my vacation because I had severe discomfort with my ear. After a call, I was given an appointment for an examination. There I was given the best advice, checked out and the inflammation was actually corrected. The doctor prescribed me a special remedy which was made in the pharmacy. Simply top and by far the best ENT doctor I have ever had.
M	Michael Horst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe die Negativbewertungen absolut nicht. Das Fräulein beim Empfang sehr freundlich. Der Assistent ebenfalls sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Der Arzt selbst sehr freundlich und nimmt sich Zeit für den Patienten. Wartezeit muss man einrechnen, aber warten muss man bei anderen Ärzten auch. I absolutely do not understand the negative reviews. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The assistant was also very friendly and personable. The doctor himself is very friendly and takes time for the patient. You have to factor in waiting time, but you have to wait for other doctors too.

Dr. Glanzer war sehr freundlich, einfühlsam und kompetent. Auch die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Praxis ist übrigens top ausgestattet.
